This is a tutorial chapter, so just follow Phenrig's instructions and you'll be fine. Phenrig will heal you unless you die very abruptly, so it's hard to die. There seems to be no secrets, and you'll lose all your items before Chapter 1. There is a few secret areas, behind the waterfall is one, there is another as you enter the keep (cutscene) go down to the left, there is also another one, you can see a relic, but can't get to it(in the room with the cells), go through the door at the end and swim in the water to the relic.
