Have you got what it takes to survive? Here's an insight to Survival Mode. If your thinking Royal Rumble? No. It's a series of one on one matches.
- When you start a new game, your limited to the people you have at the start. Unlock characters throughout Story Mode to get all of them. But be careful, it's better to keep your health up until you reach the last person. If his stats is nearly maxed, you'll get approximately $100,000 for your remaining stats at the end of Story Mode and the cash can be carried over to the next person like Proof and Spider.
- Complete two characters story to unlock Omar and three to get Deebo.
- People not particapating is Deja, T'ai, Opal, Penny, Carla and Funkmaster Flex whose job is to do the commentating while you fight in the ring. If you decide to choose them, you'll make more money but you got to know your girl fighters or Flex in order to win throughout Survival Mode.
- Better stick to the Easy difficulty and choose whom your comfortable with as a hip hop fighter. It's important in matches you finish your opponents any way you can as you need your health to beat D-Mob or close to finish this mode. Preferably KO, submit or pin as a last resort.
These are the main people you'll fight against:
- Face Club: ^Briggs, ^Proof, ^Spider, ^Tank, Drake, Peewee, Manny. (Easiest)
- Da Bridge: House, Snowman, Pockets, Ruffneck, Steel, Razor, Omar, Deebo, Sketch. (Easy)
- The Sanctuary: Chukklez, Iceberg, Headache, Moses, Nyne, Arii, Cruz, Masa, Dan G, Zaheer. (Normal)
- Grimeyville: Scarface, NORE, Ludacris, Keith Murray, Capone, WC, Ghostface Killah, Joe Budden. (Medium Hard)
- Dragonhouse: Redman, Method Man, DMX. (Hard)
- Def Jam Vendetta: D-Mob. (Hardest)

As you go from Face Club all the way to Def Jam Vendetta, the fighters gets tougher and completely randomise with the selected people in each arena. For example you might be fighting Proof first but next time you play, Manny might be there first. Last of all you can get out anytime so there's no real penalty because cash is important for maxing out your stats, if there are girl pictures you fail to unlock, you can buy it off without any trouble.
