First Stage[edit]

The Sewers
The Sewers

The first stage of every round is very Pac-Man like. The goal is to clear all of the dots found on the stage. Tamagon can only eat dots when he's holding on to a cross. Tamagon automatically takes a cross whenever he walks over one. Walking over one does not eliminate the cross from the stage, Tamagon merely gets a copy. While holding the cross, Tamagon must gather up as many dots as he can before the cross wears off. He must also avoid the minions as well as avoid getting squashed by the scrolling of the maze in to the boundaries. Tamagon also gains the ability to shoot fireballs at the minions while holding an active cross.

Book Stage[edit]

In the next stage, Tamagon must retrieve each one of the four holy books and return it to the Devil's cage in the center in order to lock him back up inside. Tamagon can only hold one book at a time, and each book must be deposited on a unique side of the cage. All the while, the maze still scrolls and the same threats from the previous stage are present. Since there are no crosses in this stage, Tamagon is granted the ability to shoot fire by holding on to any one of the books.

Bonus Stage[edit]

The Sewers
The Sewers

In this stage, Tamagon has limited control over the direction in which the maze scrolls. By stepping over the arrows present in the maze, Tamagon causes the maze to scroll in the direction of the arrow he last touched. The goal here is to gather up as many of the six bonus boxes before time runs out. The timer counts down at the top of the screen. When it reaches zero, the stage ends and a new round with a new maze color begins.
