Things won't be easy once you hit Donald's Docks. Finish up Donald's Docks to get your next Gag Track and head off to a harder spot. It may be easy, but may be hard too, with all the traveling. You get the Gag Track selection at the Toon HQ.

Go to Melville's Massive Mizzenmast Mart at Lighthouse Lane. From there you will be sent to Alice's Ballast Palace in the same street, and you'll be tasked with killing five Micromanagers. For doing so, Alice will reward you with a Ballast, which you can take back to Melville. Next, go to Art's Smart Chart. Fight Cogs for three Cog Gears, then give them to Art, and take the Sea Chart you get back to Melville.
Ahab (FINAL)

Go to Ahab's Prefab Sea Crab Center on Seaweed Street, then head to Claggart's Clever Clovis Closet on Lighthouse Lane when you get your task. Next, Deliver a Cruddy Crovis to Mrs. Scratch of Wetsuit Dry Cleaners on Seaweed Street. Take the Clovis back to Ahab then head to Hook's Clock Repair on Barnacle Boulevard. He wants you to give him three Squirt Gun gags from the gag shop, so buy some and he'll give you the Clock Spring to take back to Ahab.
From here you will be sent to see either Rocky Shores of Able-Bodied Gym on Seaweed Street, or Cal Estenicks of Poop Deck Gym on Barnacle Boulevard. Depending on which you get, you'll either have to fight six Bossbots, four Cashbots, or two Sellbots, all in Donald's Dock. When you're finished, go back to whoever you were sent to for the Counter Weight. When you get it, take it back to Ahab.
The last thing you will need to do is take down a building with two or more stories. When you're done, Ahab will give you your new Gag Track.
