Doom 64/Controls

The controls is not like GoldenEye at all. Practice with the controls on the Nintendo 64 to learn how to get through the game with little fuss. Just don't expect to look up and down, it's essentially similar to the first two games. Also, you can customize your controls if it's uncomfortable to use. Same can be said with the re-released version on Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch.

In particular, if you like motion controls, then leave the gyroscope on to have free movements experience. Well more of a sideways experience.
