Location a offers possibly the largest dungeon in the whole game to explore. Therefore, knowing where you are and where to locate one of the two exits along the left side is important. There are two potions here along with a vial of poison, but there's also a Crown to be found if you think you can hold on to it all the way until Round 12.
The last location along the very quick upper path is a comparatively smaller dungeon, and as such, has fewer items to discover. But you should have no problem making your way through this simple dungeon and you will be on your way to fight the dragon in very little time.
Compared to the location a, the dungeon in location c is a breeze; you can't possibly get lost. Keep an eye out for the vial of Poison and do not jump to collect your prize for defeating the room guardian until you have made certain that it won't harm you.
While location d has a complicated dungeon, there are also quite a few rewards worth collecting from here, including the life extending mushroom. There are a large number of rooms to explore here, and the room guardians will be at their strongest, so once you have collected all that you need, don't be greedy; get out of there.
Location e offers the second mushroom which can be found in this round. Once again, the dungeon is quite complex, and it pays to be aware of your current location in relation to the two exits which can be found. Don't dawdle, collect the mushroom, and leave with as much vitality as possible.
If there's one benefit to visiting location f, it's the fact that you will practically be tripping on potions. As long as you fight carefully, there's little reason why you won't leave with a full vitality bar, which will be useful when you arrive in the dragon's lair.
The structure of this dungeon should be fairly familiar to you by now. Be sure to collect as many potions as you can and leave with as much vitality as possible. From here, you can only visit location c, and it contains more poison and potions.
Like location a, this dungeon offers a very straightforward layout in which you can't get lost, but you are forced to deal with all five room guardians. On top of that, you must watch out since three of the four rooms offer poison as the reward.
Although this dungeon is quite expansive, the reward for searching it thoroughly include three Fireball Special scrolls, which are guaranteed to help make the fight against the Round 11 dragon go a little more smoothly.
The shape of this dungeon can only mean one thing: a Super Sword is situated in the very top room. Although you can quickly escape to the exit at any time, if you feel you need the extra edge in battle, making your way to the top and collecting the Super Sword is a sure fire way to boost your offence.
Among the prizes that you can collect from this dungeon, you can pick up a Sceptre so that you have one less thing to worry about when you complete Round 12.
If you got beat up a little bit in the dungeon at location j, location g is not such a bad place to visit. In this medium sized dungeon, you stand a pretty good chance of discovering one of the four potions that await you here, which can help restore you life. Plus you are one location away from possibly finding a mushroom
Between the last dungeon at location g and this dungeon, you can complete your Sceptre and Crown collection, negating the need for you to have to worry about it in the final round. But the real prize here is the life extending mushroom. If you're not at 255 vitality points yet, you might want to think about travelling along this path.
In this final location before the battle with the dragon, you can find two potions to help restore your health. Just watch out for the vial of poison that is also hidden in this smaller dungeon.
Although you shouldn't be in desperate need of Potions, three of the room will contain one so that you can keep your health up immediately after a fight with a room guardian. Make sure you leave this dungeon as healthy as you arrived.
You'll end up here if you follow the long path along the bottom of the map, and really, there are worse places to end up. You stand a very high likelihood of revealing one of the five potions scattered throughout the dungeon, but watch out for the three vials of poison. If you manage to find the Fireball Special scroll, so much the better.

It's all here, but don't stay too long, or you may wind up leaving with too little health for the battle with the toughest dragon that you've ever faced.
