A general item are any item that is not a Drift Item or a part. Part components and unfinished parts are considered general items. Item rarity is highly subjective and depends on the player's level. The rarity of a particular item can therefore not simply be determined as common or rare in most cases, but items that start to appear at the same level also become increasingly more common at the same time as well. For example, Acceleration Enhancers aren't awarded before about level 25, where they are fairly rare, and become about as common as Booster Protector F at level 45, when Acceleration Enhancer Z starts to be awarded. Unless specified, items are fairly rare at the level they start to appear.
