DD Stage 2 Map.png

Once Bin and Pin have reappeared on the screen, you will have to make them start walking to the right, as three Sausage Dogs come bouncing towards them; once you've punched each of them to kill them you will have to collect a pair of Bombs for twelve shots of them. Once you have done so, a Mining Mole will pop out of the ground as seven more Sausage Dogs come bouncing towards you - and once you throw a bomb at (or just punch) each of them to kill them seven Samurai Pigs will come walking towards you. Once you have thrown two bombs at the first two (the first hit will cause them to turn red and increase their speed) and punched the remaining five twice to kill them the fifth one will leave a small hamburger behind (which will restore four bits of your energy); once you have collected it you will have to walk up and collect a Machine Gun for fifty shots of it. Once you have done so, you will have to continue walking to the right as a second Mining Mole pops out of the ground and four more Samurai Pigs come walking towards you - and once you fire off a single bullet at the Mining Mole and two more bullets at each of the Samurai Pigs to kill them, the eighth Samurai Pig will leave a piece of cake behind (which will, again, restore four bits of your energy). Once you have collected it, you will (if you're the player who did not collect the Machine Gun earlier) have to walk down and collect a Rock for twelve shots of it; you will now have to walk up and open a treasure chest for 1000 extra points. Once you've done so, you will have to continue walking to the right - and this game's first "boss" theme will then start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for a third time as the stage's mini-boss, Oriental Dragon (who is held up by nine jester-like bearers), comes into view from the right side of the screen.

DD Oriental Dragon.png

The Oriental Dragon's bearers will follow Bin and Pin around the screen, and once the Oriental Dragon himself has seen Bin and Pin, he will spit flames from his mouth at them; if they hit them while they are holding the Machine Gun or Rock, they will (as they do with any other weapon after any other hit) drop them, and have to collect them again. Once you have fired eighteen more bullets at the Oriental Dragon's head (or, if you are the player who didn't collect the Machine Gun earlier, just thrown all 12 rocks at it and punched it six times), he and all nine of his bearers will explode segment-by-segment - and the stage's main theme shall then start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 again. You will then have to walk up or down to the top or bottom of the road to determine which path you want to take, then continue walking to the right to confirm your choice (again, the path you did not choose will get blocked off by a construction barrier, which cannot be jumped over); if you chose the lower path (which is recommended for novice players), you'll have to continue walking to the right down a ramp (while watching out for a pit at the bottom of the screen), as two more Mining Moles pop out of the ground. Once you have fired off a bullet at (or just punched) both of them to kill them, you will (if you are, again, the player who did not collect the Machine Gun earlier) have to collect a third Bomb for six shots of it - and once you have done so you will have to continue walking to the right down another ramp as five more Sausage Dogs come bouncing towards you. Once you've fired a bullet at (or just punched) each of them to kill them you shall have to (if you are, once again, the player who didn't collect the Machine Gun earlier) collect a Missile Launcher, for twenty-four shots of it; once you have done so, a fifth Mining Mole will pop out of the ground, three more Sausage Dogs will come bouncing towards you and a Ninja Hamster will appear in front of you and throw his shuriken at you. Once you've fired a bullet (or missile) at each of these to kill them, six more Sausage Dogs will come bouncing towards you - and once you have fired a bullet (or missile) at each of them to kill them you will (this time, if you are the player who did collect the Machine Gun earlier) have to walk either up or down to collect a second Rock or pair of Bombs for twelve more shots of it (or them) because the Machine Gun shall now only have six shots left on it. Once you have done it, thirteen more Samurai Pigs will come walking towards you; once you have thrown all twelve rocks or bombs at each of the first six, then punched each of the remaining seven twice (or fired two missiles at each of the first six, then fired the last missile at the seventh one to turn him red, and punched him and punched each of the remaining six twice) to kill them the twenty-third one shall leave hot dog behind (which will, once again, restore four bits of your energy). Once you have collected it, another Ninja Hamster will appear in front of you, and throw his shuriken at you - and once you have punched him to kill him, thirteen more Sausage Dogs shall come bouncing towards you. Once you have punched each of these to kill them, you'll have to walk up to collect another piece of cake (which will, yet again, restore four bits of your energy); once you do so, you'll have to continue walking to the right, as a Springing Rabbit comes springing towards you. Once you've punched him to kill him, he'll leave a larger hot dog behind (which will restore eight bits of your energy) - and once you've collected it, you will have to walk down and collect a third Rock for twelve shots of it. Once you've done so, you'll have to continue walking to the right, as you come to a Missile Wolf who is firing missiles (which can be blocked by a rock, or a super-punch if you're an expert player!) at you; once you've thrown a rock at (or just punched) the Missile Wolf himself to kill him, four more Sausage Dogs shall come bouncing towards you. Once you have thrown a rock at (or just punched) each of them to kill them seven more Samurai Pigs shall come walking towards you - and once you've thrown two more rocks at each of the first five, and punched both ones of the remaining two twice (or just punched all seven of them twice) to kill them, you must collect a Flamethrower for fifty shots of it (although it automatically decreases by one after every two seconds of non-use) as two more Ninja Hamsters appear to throw their shurikens at you while three more Samurai Pigs come walking towards you. Once you have flamed or just punched both of the Ninja Hamsters and all three of the Samurai Pigs (twice in the case of the Pigs) to kill them (you'll also have to watch out for another pit at the bottom of the screen at this point), three more Sausage Dogs will come bouncing towards you; once you've flamed (or just punched) each of them to kill them you'll have to continue walking to the right up fourth ramp as five more Mining Moles pop out of the ground. Once you've flamed or just punched each of them to kill them, you'll have to continue walking to the right up a fifth ramp as you come to where the upper path ends (and the upper path also happens to be a little shorter than this one).

DD Stage 2 Upper Path.png

If, however, you chose the upper path (which is only recommended for expert players), you'll have to continue walking to the right, as two more Sausage Dogs come bouncing towards you, and a third Mining Mole pops out of the ground; once you have fired a bullet at (or just punched) each of these, to kill them, two more Sausage Dogs will come bouncing towards you as two more Mining Moles pop out of the ground. Once you have fired a bullet at (or just punched) each of them to kill them, you will have to (if you are, yet again, the player who did not collect the Machine Gun earlier) collect a Flamethrower for fifty shots of it, but it will again automatically decrease by one after every two seconds of non-use, as you come to a Missile Wolf who's firing missiles (which can be blocked by a bullet or flame) at you - and once you've fired a bullet at (or flamed) the Missile Wolf himself, to kill him, you will have to walk up and open another treasure chest for 10 more extra points. Once you have done it, you will have to walk down and open two more treasure chests for 10 and 10000 more extra points respectively; you will then have to continue walking to the right, as two Ninja Hamsters appear in front of you and throw their shurikens at you. Once you have fired a bullet at (or flamed) both of them to kill them, the first one will leave a hot dog behind (which will, for a fifth time, restore four bits of your energy) - and once you have collected it, you will have to walk up to open a fifth treasure chest for 1000 more extra points. Once you have done so, you will have to continue walking to the right and (if you are the player who, again, did collect the Machine Gun earlier) pick up a third Bomb for six shots of it because the Machine Gun will now only have a minimum of thirteen shots left on it; once you've done so, two more Ninja Hamsters will appear in front of you and throw their shurikens at you. Once you've thrown a bomb at (or flamed) both of these to kill them, you will have to walk down and open a sixth treasure chest for 10 more extra points - and once you have done it, you will have to continue walking to the right and (if you are the player who collected the Bomb earlier) collect another Rock for twelve shots of it, because that Bomb will now only have a minimum of four shots left on it. Once you have done so six more Sausage Dogs shall come bouncing towards you; once you have thrown a rock at (or flamed) each of them to kill them, two more Ninja Hamsters will appear in front of you and throw their shurikens at you. Once you've thrown a rock at or flamed both of these to kill them, you will come to another Missile Wolf who is firing missiles at you as a twenty-first Sausage Dog comes bouncing towards you - and once you have thrown a rock at (or flamed) both of them to kill them you will have to collect another hot dog and restore four bits of your energy. Once you have done so you will have to continue walking to the right and (if you are the player who collected the Rock earlier) collect a Missile Launcher for twenty-four shots of it, because the Rock will only have a minimum of two shots left on it; once you have done so, you will come to a third Missile Wolf who is firing missiles at you. Once you've fired a missile at (or flamed) him to kill him, you have to watch out for two sprinklers that have opened at the top and bottom of the road and are firing jets of lava at you - and you'll then have to (if you were killed and lost the Flamethrower or Missile Launcher) walk up and collect another pair of Bombs for twelve shots of them. Once you have done it, you will have to continue walking to the right as four more Sausage Dogs come bouncing towards you; once you've fired a missile at (or flamed, or thrown a bomb at) each of these to kill them, two more Ninja Hamsters will appear in front of you to throw their shurikens at you. Once you fire a missile at (or flame, or throw a bomb at) both of them to kill them, eight more Samurai Pigs will come walking towards you - and once you have fired two missiles at each of these (or flamed them twice, or thrown two bombs at each of the first three and punched each of the remaining three twice) to kill them, you'll come to the same spot where the lower path ends.

DD Circling Cloud.png

Regardless of which path you chose, you shall now have to continue walking to the right and (if you are the player who collected the Missile Launcher earlier) pick up a fourth (or third, if you took the upper path) Rock for twelve more shots of it, because the Missile Launcher will only have one shot left on it; once you have done so, four more Sausage Dogs will come bouncing towards you. Once you have thrown a rock at (or flamed, or just punched) each of them to kill them eight more Sausage Dogs will come bouncing towards you - and once you have thrown a rock at each of them (or flamed, or just punched) each of them to kill them, a Springing Rabbit shall come springing towards you. Once you've punched (or flamed) him to kill him, he will leave a larger hot dog (a second, if you took the lower path) behind (which shall, again, restore eight bits of your energy); once you've collected it, two more Mining Moles will pop out of the ground. Once you've punched (or flamed) both of them to kill them, you will come to three more Missile Wolves, who are firing missiles at you - and once you've punched each of them (or flamed the second and third, or fourth and fifth if you'd took the upper path, ones, then punched the remaining one), to kill them, you'll have to open a second (seventh, if you took the upper path) treasure chest for 10000 more extra points. Once you've done so, a fifty-seventh (thirty-eighth, if you took the upper path) Sausage Dog shall come bouncing towards you; once you have punched him to kill him, two more Samurai Pigs will come walking towards you. Once you have punched both of them twice to kill them, you will have to collect a sixth Bomb for six shots of it - and once you do this, a thirteenth (eleventh, if you took the upper path) Mining Mole will pop out of the ground. Once you've punched him to kill him, the game's second "boss" theme shall start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 as the stage's boss, Circling Cloud, hovers into view from the right side of the screen; once he has reached the centre of the screen he will stop moving as the four clouds that surround him extend and start circling clockwise around him while he fires four thunderbolts at you. Once you've thrown all 4 remaining bombs at one of his surrounding clouds and punched it six times to destroy it, then punched each of the three remaining ones ten times to destroy them, he will explode and a door will appear in the centre of the screen - and Bin and Pin will then walk through it and be warped to a "Boxing Match" bonus game.

DD Bonus Game (Boxing Match).png

In the "Boxing Match" bonus game (refereed by Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken), Bin and Pin will have thirty seconds to knock each other out by punching each other twenty-eight times; if only one player is playing, the other duck will get controlled by the CPU, and the Jump Button is also used to block the other duck's punches. Once either duck has punched the other one twenty-eight times to knock him out, the text "WINNER BIN/PIN. BONUS 100000 PTS" will appear on the screen as the bonus is awarded to the winning duck in 2000-point increments - but if the time runs out before one of them runs out of energy, the text "TIME UP" will appear on the screen, and the duck who has more energy remaining is declared the winner as the text "WINNER BIN/PIN. BONUS 50000 PTS" appears on the screen and the bonus is awarded to him in 1000-point increments (for a case of both ducks having the same amount of energy remaining, Bin shall get declared the winner unless only the second player is playing). However, if the CPU-controlled duck wins in a one-player game, only the text "WINNER BIN/PIN. NO BONUS" shall appear on the screen; regardless of the outcome, both Bin and Pin (or just the one who is under the player's control in a one-player game) will immediately proceed to Stage 3, which takes place in a jungle. However, this stage isn't present in the SMS version, so they'll proceed to Stage 4 instead, which took place in Chicago in the original arcade version, but was changed to Brooklyn for the Master System - and the player who did not win the bonus game will also not get penalized with the loss of a life.
