Allied Forces[edit]

- Allied Forces vs. Dong Zhuo's Forces
Conditions:
- Victory: Dong Zhuo is defeated
- Defeat: Yuan Shao withdraws
Targets:
- Take Central Watchpost and Northeast Watchpost in ten minutes
- Open Hu Lao Gate North or Hu Lao Gate South in 15 minutes
- Defeat Lu Bu
This is most likely your first or second level. You'll start off to the south-west, and most likely have an enemy officer in front of you. Defeat him, keep moving up the path, and when it splits, go right. Continue following the path, taking out any officers, and you'll soon come to a cliff overlooking two bases. Jump into the base that is already being attacked by your allies to help them out and advance together, or head further down the path and jump into the other base to achieve a Surprise Attack, making the enemies inside easier to defeat. Either way, you'll have to deal with multiple officers, notably, Zhang Liao. Deal with the officers, and take over the nearby Watchpost.
Move down the path towards Hu Lao Gate, and take over the second Watchpost to complete Target 2. Your forces should be attacking Hu Lao Gate by now, so head over and give them a hand by killing the Defense Captains on the ground, and destroying the Ballistae on top of the wall. Head over to Hu Lao Gate North, take over the Watchpost nearby, and wait for the Rams to bash open the gate to complete Target 1.
Once either gate is opened, Lu Bu appears. There is no way you can beat him* unless your character is at least level 20, so just avoid him. Head through the gate, and you'll soon come to another set of gates guarded by a few officers, and many soldiers. Break open the gates, and begin attacking either Dong Zhuo or the officers around him. Be careful however; after Dong Zhuo has taken some damage, he'll call on Lu Bu for help, so you'll have to defeat him fairly quickly.
- Lu Bu can be taken down fairly easily by ramming him with a horse, preferably a level 5 with lightning or ice as an element. Level 1 and 2 horses do not work with this strategy.
