Ecco the Dolphin/Open Ocean

At first, this level will seem scary, but it's actually fairly straightforward. As the name suggests, Ecco finds himself in the open ocean, surrounded by sharks. The objective of this level is simply to get to the far right side of the map without becoming dolphin steak. To do this, you'll need to dive down into the depths and dash forwards along the bottom of the stage. This way, you'll kill any sharks in your path, taking little or no damage. The main danger is surfacing for air, since you may surface into a particularly shark-infested area. My advice is to keep dashing, spending as little time as possible above the bottom of the stage. It may take a few attempts to get it right, but you should eventually make your way to the far edge, and the next level.
