Walk up and collect the Heart Frame above you, as well as the one to the right which is close to the Medusa. Obviously, you must ignore the one above it for now.
Come back to the left and down, and collect the Heart Frame below the right Snakey. Continue walking between the boulders to the right and collect the Heart Frame along the right wall. This will activate the Arrow Tile power up.
Use the power on the down arrow tile just to your left. Then walk down and back to the left between the two boulders until you are above an Emerald Frame. Push it down to the bottom wall.
Walk back up and around the boulders to the right-most Emerald Frame, and push it left through the left arrow tile. Push the lower Emerald Frame all the way to the left and into the lower left corner. Collect the three nearby Heart Frames.
Come back to the Emerald Frame to the left of the left arrow tile, and push it up two spaces. Walk around all of the boulders (come up through the left arrow tile), and stand to the left of this Emerald Frame (make sure you walk between the boulders so that the Medusa doesn't see you.) Push the Emerald Frame right three spaces. Then get underneath it (up through the arrow tile again) and push it up until it sits to the right of the Medusa.
Come down to the bottom wall, and stand below the Emerald Frame directly below the left Snakey. Push it up two space, right one, and up four more spaces. Then walk around the tree and push the frame to the right until it sits above the Medusa. Collect the last Heart Frame and the key.
Push the nearby Emerald Frame all the way to the left. Do the same to the next two Emerald Frames that you reach until you can collect the Heart Frame in the upper left corner. You will get two egg shots.
Come back to the Skull, shoot it once to turn it into an egg, push the egg into the water, and ride on top of the egg. Don't immediately go for the Heart Frame on the left. Instead, ride it to the right and collect the Heart Frame along the right wall first, then hop back on the egg and ride it to the left of the highest Skull to collect the Heart Frame on the upper left.
Ride the egg down to collect the Heart Frame below, and then ride on it until you can get off to the right of the lowest Skull. Get off here, but don't collect the Heart Frame just yet. Wait for the egg to get close to the bottom, and then shoot the lowest Skull with an egg shot before collecting the last Heart Frame.
All of the Skulls will awaken. If the lowest Skull hatches from the egg before the egg in the water makes it back around to you, shoot it again. Hop on the egg in the water when you can, and ride it to the end to collect the key.
Walk down and collect the Heart Frame below you for two egg shots. Then walk to the Skull on your left, shoot it once, push the egg into the water, and hop on top of the egg and immediately cross over to the island on the right.
Walk up to collect the Heart Frame above for two more egg shots. Then come back down to the Snakey and shoot it twice to remove it from the screen. Walk around to the right side and slide the Emerald Frame over one space to the location where the Snakey sat. This will force it to reappear to the left of the Medusa.
Stand above the Gol, shoot it once, push the egg into the water, and hop on top of the egg. Ride it all the way up and along the top wall, and it will come back down the left side. Get off when you are able to collect the final Heart Frame, and then collect the key.
Start by walking up to the Emerald Frame above you. Watch the Don Medusa above, and when it's safe, push the Emerald Frame two spaces to the right. When the Don Medusa is on its way to the left, run down and collect the Heart Frame in the lower right corner, and then return under the Emerald Frame.
Wait for the Don Medusa to head back to the left again, and push the frame to the right two spaces until its under the bridge. Then push it up six spaces. Grab the Heart Frame to your right when it's safe to do so, and then wait for the Don Medusa to touch the right wall before pushing the Emerald Frame up one more space and pinning him into the corner.
Head left to collect the Heart Frame above the Skull. This will activate the Ladder power.
Use the Ladder power on the water to the right of the Skull, then cross over and head down to the last Heart Frame. Collect it, and immediately shoot the Gol to your right with an egg shot. Push it left as you approach the key. You should be able to collect it with plenty of time before the Skulls get close enough to catch you.
Collect the Heart Frame to the left of the down arrow tile for two egg shots.
Walk over to the upper left corner, and shoot the Snakey below you twice. Collect the Heart Frame below him for two more egg shots. Repeat this all the way down the left wall until you reach the bottom. Then push the Emerald Frame up.
Head to the right and collect the lower Heart Frame. Then walk up to the next Snakey, shoot it twice and collect the Heart Frame it was blocking. Do the same to the Snakey above, collect the Heart Frame beyond him, and return to the chest before either Snakeys return.
From the chest, walk down and to the right, and push the Emerald Frame all the way up to the Medusa. Collect the Heart Frame below the Gol.
Before you collect the last Heart Frame, head down to the bottom wall, and shoot all three Skulls once to turn them into eggs. Then collect the last Heart Frame, and run to the chest before any of the Skulls hatch from the eggs.
