Start by standing just to the right of the lowest bridge. Wait for the Alma to come all the way down to you and roll toward you. Then walk up and around as the Alma rolls below you.
Make your way to the upper left corner of the room and collect the Heart Frame.
Wait near the top for the Alma to come back towards you. When it reaches the level just below you, it will move toward the right bridge, so take the left bridge down, and let the Alma chase you to the bottom row. When you reach the bottom, let the Alma roll past you as you run up the bridge near the middle.
Wait for the Alma to go all the way up and back down the right side of the screen. Standing near the bottom roll, get the Alma to roll left and head up to let it roll past you. It should start climbing the left side, leaving you free to climb the right side and collect the key.
The constant movement of the two Almas must be taken into account before you make any movement on this stage. When in doubt, jump onto the safety of the grass.
You should be able to push the two lowest Emerald Frames up, and collect the three lower Heart Frames before either Alma can give you too much trouble.
Lure both Almas to the left side of the room, and push the Emerald Frame near the lower right corner up two spaces, and to the left three spaces. Collect the Heart Frame above it.
When the coast is clear, push the Emerald Frame closest to the chest to the left three spaces and down one space. Then push the frame above the Heart Frame to the left one space and down one space. Depending on how the Almas move, you may not be able to do this in one shot without taking a break on the grass.
When it's safe, collect the last two Heart Frames, and then collect the key.
Collect the Heart Frame on the left for two egg shots.
Come up the center alley, stopping between the first pair of Gols. Shoot the one on the left and push it left and up so that it sits to the right of the left Medusa.
Come back, shoot the right Gol, and push it to the right and up so that it sits to the left of the right Medusa.
Collect the Heart Frame on the right for two more egg shots.
Before you collect the last Heart Frame, head up and shoot both Gols on either side of the chest once to turn them into eggs. Then run and collect the last Heart Frame and collect they key before the eggs hatch.
Start by pushing the center of the five Emerald Frames down between the two Heart Frames below, and collect the Heart Frames.
Walk up and over to collect the Heart Frame in the upper right corner above the Snakey for two egg shots. Shoot the Snakey and push it down three spaces so that its even with the lower pair of Skulls.
Come back to the Emerald Frames, and move the upper right frame up one space, over to the right until it's one space away from the right wall, and down to the lower Snakey. Shoot the lower Snakey once and push it down into the lower right corner, then slide the Emerald Frame all the way to the left, pinning the Don Medusa against the left wall.
Return to the Emerald Frames. Choose another, and slide this one between the Don Medusa and the Heart Frame in the lower left corner. Get another Emerald Frame and slide it to the left of the Gol. Finally, move the last available Emerald Frame down past the Skulls, but then turn around and slide it between the Skulls and the higher Snakey.
Now you are ready to collect the last Heart Frame, and then the key. The Skulls should be trapped in the upper right corner, unable to hurt you.
Collect the Heart Frame closest to the chest for two egg shots. Then walk up, and to the left, towards the Don Medusa. Walk up between the boulder and the tree to the top wall. Stand above the top Snakey, shoot it once, and push the egg down one space. Collect the Heart Frame to the left.
Come back to the Don Medusa, and walk toward the left wall through the space between the boulder and the tree. Stand to the left of the lower Snakey, shoot it once, and push the egg to the right one space. Collect the Heart Frame above to activate the Hammer power.
Stand between the boulders surrounding the Don Medusa, and face up. When you're ready, use the Hammer power on the boulder above you and immediately run to the right to avoid getting killed by the Don Medusa as it escapes.
When the Don Medusa is on its way back to the left, head down to the Emerald Frame near the bottom wall. Push it left and up into the place where the boudler used to be, but keep the Don Medusa on the right side of the frame.
Now you can safely collect the last two Heart Frames by heading to the left. After you do, return the same way you came, head down to the bottom wall, and when its safe to do so, collect the key.
