The Followers of the Apopcalypse need help with the water supply and basic medical supplies. There are two people that will provide their services, but they are currently addicted to chems and alcohol. When you find and speak with Jacob Hoff and Bill Ronte, they seem to have a severe addiction from the drug supply from Dixon.

Dixon[edit]

Dixon is the supplier for both Jacob and Bill, and is located near Mick and Ralph. When you check his stock, you will see his "customized" drugs that are lower quality (and if you try using them, guaranteed to cause an addiction.)

You can convince him to stop the supply with a speech check of 30, or by paying 300 caps. There is also the option of killing him.

Bill Ronte[edit]

Bill is located in the abandoned building next to the Atomic Wrangler. After dealing with Dixon, you can provide him with two doses of Fixer, radaway, and Whiskey. With a science check of 50, you can remove the radaway requirement, and with a speech of 50, you can skip the item collection entirely.

Jacob Hoff[edit]

Jacob is located near Dixon, across from Mick and Ralph's. After dealing with Dixon, he can drop the habit with a doxen doses of Fixer. With a science check of 50, you can replace the dozen with a combination of Fixer, Buffout, and Psycho. You can also convince him with a speech check of 50, but this might not be visible in some dialog paths.

Rewards[edit]

Completing this quest gives a discount for medical services at the Old Mormen fort, and also allows you to collect free medical supplies (either a stimpack, fixer, or radaway every 24 hours).
