It's one week after Night 0 and you play as Miku Hinasaki, who enters the mansion to find her brother, Mafuyu who went missing on his search for Junsei Takamine.
You start in the Entrance Hall again, but this time you dont have a camera (if this is your first playthrough), there will probably be a pick-up near the back of the room so pick that up, save your game if you want.
Head to the door to the Rope Hallway you went through last time, you may see a ghost appear behind you, watching you from behind a screen near the save point. This is Koji Ogata "The Editor", if this isnt your first playthrough you can get your camera out and take a picture of him, if this is your first playthrough you will have to leave him and get that picture another time.
Head down the Rope Hallway to the end where the large mirror is, you will know this is the place where Mafuyu was taken, and his camera is on the floor. Pick it up and a cutscene will trigger, itll shown Mafuyu running down the hall trying to escape from Kirie, coming to the end of the hall he turns around and the screen goes white, Kirie has got him! Miku will look up and notice a lass in a white kimono watching over her, she will turn around but the appirition has already vanished. This sets the wheels in motion for you to become cursed later on.
Turn right and go into the Fireplace Room you went into last time.
