Once you make it through the flag game (hitting only the white flags, don't hit the red ones, and land in the water of High Tide Cove. Swim to the shore and head toward the red tornado thing thing in the sky. Following the path using the rope bridges is the fastest way. Once you get to the Red tornado. Pan you camera around and you will see a cave with a white sign over top. Go into the cave and it leads you into Hush-Hush Pond.
