After the cutscene, go south of the central square to the beach. Keep going straight south and pick up the card on your way. Keep going. Unicorn will open the path. Go down the stairs and you'll come across a chocobo card, which will transform into Rose. Follow the path until you see stairs to the right of you. Go up the stairs and you'll emerge from the sea. There will be a red and blue book.

Conquer battle mode level 4. Then a bridge of ice will be formed. Go across it and Croma and Shirma will stop you. Then Peekaboo and Greeble will show up. Cid will come and save you before Peekaboo can break the bridge. After the cutscene, go back into the ocean. Go across the bridge of ice Peekaboo was attempting to smash earlier. Keep heading south and you'll come across a blue book. Don't get sucked into the cyclone, or you'll be brought to the entrance.

Swim at least 20m in trial mode to get a small stone bridge. Go across it and get the coreshell. Go back to the book and conquer battle mode level 3. Now a new path will be opened. Go to the transporter directly in front of you. Next go to the transporter in the bottom left corner. Then go back on the one you landed on. Next go to the one you didn't land on and go left. Keep going and there will be a sahagin in your way, ready to duel. Duel him when you're ready. Go to the blue picture book Sahagin mentioned.

Go back to the entrance. Go to the left of the stairs that you came from and pick up the coreshell. Now go back to the Three Little Piggies book. Conquer battle mode level 3. Go back to the transporters and go to the north one. Then go to the one on the right and go up the stairs.
