Lucia is the Metro City detective and a good fighter as well. Her attacks are not very powerful, and she's a bad grappler. You'll need some skill to play, because the main weapons of Lucia are her special moves, which give her more combinations. She's also the only playable character, who can perform her -move without grappling her opponent (lower risks while performing that move, but there's a chance to waste your -meter).
Basic moves:
Kick: . If connects, you can perform a series of 4 strikes.
Shoulder Toss: Hit enemy 3 times with kick, then /+ (instead of ).
Elbow Strike: Dash, then . If connects, you can perform a series of 3 strikes.
