After fleeing Nevassa, the Dawn brigade pass through a forest. They are sson greeted by a priest called Laura who asks for the help of the dawn brigade b ecause she needs to get medicine for the Abbot. The house where it is stored, however, is under begnion control. The group are forced to fight their way through if they wish to get the medicine.

The battle[edit]

You now have a healing unit, Laura. Use her staves when your characters are weak from battle. Just make sure to keep her out of harm's way, however, as she has low speed and defence. So she will get killed if a unit targets her.

To start with send Nolan north to deal with the nearby enemies. Send Micaiah as support. Use edward and Leonardo to deal with the enemies to the right, using Laura to heal them once they've been badly hurt.

Sothe appears on turn 2. He will kill any units who target him, but this may not be a good thing. He gets much less exp than Nolan or Edward so instead of using him to kill, send him down to open the chests. Unequipping his weapons in the process. Open the path for him with Micaiah as she gets a bonus for attacking at the top of a ledge, this should be good experience for her. Use Nolan to defend her, when she's in the middle of doing this.

Sothe should get a wind edge, which will allow Edward to attack at range, and a thani, which Micaiah can use to One hit KO the boss and armoured units that will appear in the future, from the two chests. Then make your way north, while being careful that Micaiah and Laura aren't killed by the ranged users near the boss. In normal or hard playthroughs, Laura must arrive at the glowing square. In easy mode, just go into the next room, killing all the enemies in the process, make sure to open the chest before doing so, however.
