At the end of the mission, you'll end up back at Kyoto. You can either go straight into Mission 10, or decline and enjoy your freedom a bit more. Once you start mission 10 you won't have another chance to earn money until the end of the story, so be sure you have enough money. $100K should be plenty, and you ought to have more than that if you did any trading in Bretonia.
