Back to Fairy Garden[edit]

Welcome to the home stretch. When the tower grows, Uncle Rupee will look suspicious and the Great Fairy will tell you to go to the great pool. Go to Fairy Garden and talk to the Great Fairy and she will tell you that Uncle Rupee's Rupeeland is in fact a world in which everyone will be turned into a Tingle and will have to collect rupees for Uncle Rupee or he'll drain them. She'll then ask if you still want to go. Say "No." She will give you the Rupee Key to open a door in the Auros Ruins. Now you can go on to Auros Ruins.

Auros Ruins[edit]

As soon as you arrive, Pinkle will explain the area. You will find nostalgic statues of all bosses, and you will be near the bodyguard salon. Hire a Large bodyguard, then go in the hut on the left. You will find two Oinker wedding mates and a Salona that need you to find a tiara in Oinker Headquarters. if you accept, then the salona will give you the White Snout to open the Oinker Headquarters.

On your way southward you will be bombed by Oinkers. Continue on past the Oinker gate and you will find the look-what-I-found kid dressed like Tingle with a map for 10,000 rupees. You'll also find a ladder leading to the final bridge. This one is 15,555 rupees, so it might be too expensive. You can just return after you have the empty map and map the death bug lord and stalfos statue as landmarks for the money. Then Enter The Oinker.

You will find more Oinkers and Magicians. When you beat them, get ready for more of the same. When you beat the next wave you'll find the real deal bad boys: the Armor Oinker. Use the same tactics to beat them, except with a lot more pounding power. When you beat them, the door opens.

Turn left and down to find the Bana Bana statue landmark and a digging spot leading to a secret area with 3 treasure chests. Go straight up to find a kitchen and a pot with Auros Nampla inside. You'll find a broken orb that can't spit rupees but map it off anyway. Next you'll fight two Super Oinkers throwing orbs with Oinkers. Throw a bomb at one enough times and he will launch a serious 1,128-rupee attack, but then he will be stunned, so attack while he's vulnerable. The other one will get more aggressive and keep hitting you. Repeat the same tactic and you will prevail.

Go through the door and get ready to fight the Oinker boss.

Oinker Boss[edit]

Strategy Tip
When defeating mooks leave one of the Armor Oinkers alive. This will ensure the boss only summons replacement mages but no additional Armor Oinkers. Otherwise he will summon the full set of mooks. (Two of each type) By keeping just one alive the chaos becomes more manageable and the boss easier to attack with less chance of being blindsided.

This one has all kinds of attacks; he'll call troops, he'll use poison clouds and he'll use a devastating 3,000-rupee blast. When he uses the blast, that's your cue to pound him. Repeat the tactic to have him beaten, then get the Oinker Tiara and Make-Up Mirror. Right after the crumbled door, go to the right and you'll see a chest containing the Rupee Good Piggy Bank on the Oinker Altar landmark. Go the other way to find the landmark Dora Dora Statue. Go straight to enter the rupee shrine. Near the A2/A3 border on the west side is a face on the wall which an arrow will appear when you're close to it. Press it to open up a hidden area. Check the ground on the right side of it for a surprise, but don't press the little rupee; it'll lock you in and you'll have to balloon home to get out.

At the Rupee Shrine, the Rupee Key will come in handy now. When you pass the door to the right, there is a Rupee Good door that needs all Rupee Goods for a great story achievement. Down the stairs to the left is a Rupee Good in a chest, but the statues will come alive after you open it so beat them up to get out. To the middle are the 5 Super Rupee Insertion Zones. After you put them all in, a chest will appear with the Master Rupee inside.

When you get back, give the tiara to the Oinker lovers for 30,000 rupees and they'll get married. The Salona will ask for something flashy to finish the wedding, like fireworks. Make some Tingle fireworks and drop them in front of the Salona for a Rupee Good. Give the mirror to the Grand Fairy and ask for 70,000 rupees.
