Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland/Empty Jars

1. Hometown Prairie: Once you've turned into Tingle, enter your house. To the lower right is a box which contains the first Empty Jar and 50 rupees.
2. Port Town: Sell a jar of Tingle Fireworks to the Armourer and he will offer to sell an Empty Jar. The lowest offer he will accept is 50 rupees.
3. Port Town: Sell a jar of Tingly to the Guard and he will offer to sell an Empty Jar. The lowest offer he will accept is 149 rupees.
4. Sunshine Seashore: Once you've talked to Dave in Hometown Praire, go to Sunshine Seashore to find his brother. Follow him from a distance and talk to him once he has stopped to receive an Empty Jar.
5. Port Town: After unlocking Cape Treasure, the Guard will offer to sell a second Empty Jar. The lowest offer he will accept is 218 rupees.
6. Pirate Hideaway: Talk to the pirate near the Hand Sculpture and follow his orders to receive a new Empty Jar.
7. Pirate Hideaway: A chest on floor B3 contains an Empty Jar.
8. Cape Treasure: You get a new Empty Jar when you sell the Merchant on the pirate ship a new Local Speciality.
9. Cape Treasure: Sell the pirate ship Merchant a second Local Specialty.
10. Cape Treasure: Sell the pirate ship Merchant a third Local Specialty.
11. Cape Treasure: Sell the pirate ship Merchant a fourth Local Specialty.
12. Cape Treasure: Sell the pirate ship Merchant a fifth Local Specialty.
13. Port Town: After unlocking Lon Lon Meadow, the Guard will offer to sell a third Empty Jar. The lowest offer he will accept is 381 rupees.
14. Cape Treasure: Once you have the shovel, dig in the soft soil at coordinate B2 south of the Bone Dummy. The chest in secret grotto contains an Empty Jar.
15. Lon Lon Meadow: Once you've reached Deku Forest, return to Lon Lon Meadow to find Find Dave's brother. Follow him from a distance and talk to him once he has stopped to receive an Empty Jar.
16. Port Town: After unlocking Deku Forest, the Guard will offer to sell a fourth Empty Jar. The lowest offer he will accept is 754 rupees.
17. Deku Forest: Once you've escorted Junglo home, return to the waterfall to find Dave's brother. Follow him from a distance and talk to him once he has stopped to receive an Empty Jar.
18. Deku Forest: In the forest maze, go right, up, right, down, down, right, down, left, down, left, up, left, up. The chest contains an Empty Jar.
19. Deku Temple: A chest on floor B2 contains an empty jar.
20. Steamy Marsh: A Salona at at the Bodyguard Salon will sell an Empty Jar for 750 rupees.
21. Gooey Swamp: The expedition leader's assistant will sell an Empty Jar for 1,000 rupees.
22. Icy Plain: Navigate the blizzard to coordinate A3 (Top left corner of the map). A small patch of snow hides a secret grotto with an Empty Jar.
23. When you find the shaman at Mount Desma, examine the table behind him. He'll tell story and give you a bottle.
