Battle Mode allows 2-4 players to duke it out in an arena.
Normal Battle uses the characters' individual stats from Arcade Mode. Equal Battle rounds all stats off to 3, meaning only each player's skill differentiates the characters. Password Battle allows you to battle your Quest Mode characters.
Walking into an exit or being knocked into one makes that player lose the round. If shots hit non-breakable walls they will ricochet. Be careful when shooting around solid walls as you can actually hurt yourself if it bounces back.
Each round a winner will be selected, and a new map will be chosen. All maps have food and skill upgrade potions hidden in the breakable blocks, and some maps have monster generators to mix things up.
