Brief[edit]
The Forellis owe Joey some money and their deadline is up. Claude is to make an example of one of their henchmen, Mike "Lips" Forelli.
Walkthrough[edit]
Drive to the St. Marks' Bistro and steal his car. Drive it to 8-Ball's shop to equip it with a bomb, being careful not to get a scratch or he'll suspect something. If you damage the car you'll have to go all the way to the Pay 'n' Spray to fix it (and in Definitive Edition, you'll earn an achievement if you make it back without damaging the car at all).

Then drive it back to the Bistro and park it carefully, lining it up like it was before you moved it. If you wish you can get out and push it with your body rather than repeatedly backing up and turning, but be careful you don't get back in the car yourself after arming the bomb!
Once it's positioned correctly arm the bomb and get out of there. Mike will get in his car, turn the key in the ignition, and go to that big buffet in the sky.
