Grand Theft Auto IV/Little Jacob's deliveries

Little Jacob's deliveries start off simple -- you just go to a place where an old car with drugs in it has been left, then you take the car to a drop-off point or to meet a buyer.

The missions get more difficult as you go. A drug meet can be an ambush or a police sting or the buyer may leave before you get there and you fail the mission.

Completing a mission gets a cash reward and more friendship and respect from Little Jacob.
