- The Base delay is the amount of delay incurred if the player passes the turn.
- The player incurs 10 additional delay for every second spent during the turn, for up to 20 seconds.
- As an exception, Turtle incurs 12 delay every second.
- Use of items also changes delay.
- Armor incurs 40 additional delay if an item is used.
