Here's a summary of the level:
- Get in Falcons
- Kill Banshees
- Fly to Club Errera, shoot stuff from Falcon (it's safer)
- Hop out of Falcon, go into club
- Hunters are inside; use Rockets in center of room
- Other side has something you need to activate; do that and leave
- Neutralize target near Club
- Shoot enemies off building by the "Defend" icon
- Fly to New Alexandria hospital
- Get out of Falcon, go inside
- Kill Engineer so health doesn't regenerate
- Descend downward; note that there are armor abilities in this room
- Head into the hallway, activate the thing. Try to draw Brutes out, one by one. Kill Engineer so their health doesn't regenerate
- Head back out; there are Elites in there. Hang back and don't head into the room unless it's safe
- Get in the Falcon and escort the transport around
- Fly to SinoViet, shoot stuff from Falcon (it's safer); you can shoot through the hole in the building and kill a ton of the enemies inside
- Fight to the other side, go up one of the elevators (it doesn't matter which)
- Cross the level and activate the thing
- Go back to your Falcon
- Kill the 5 anti-air turrets
- Land at ONI
