Control Action
Neutral lstick Move the viewing window. Scroll through menus.
A button Select objects or units; hold to select multiple. Displays a menu of choices when selecting buildings.
B button Deselect objects or units. Back out of a menu tier or cancel/close menus.
Y button Select a specific unit. Move selected units. Perform a special attack.
X button Order units to attack or move.
Start button Display a menu.
Back button Display the mission objectives. Pauses the game.
Neutral rstick Rotate camera by pressing Left rstick or Right rstick. Zoom camera in or out by pressing Up rstick or Down rstick.
LB button Select all units.
RB button Select all units in view.
LT button Hold to increase camera panning speed.
RT button When selecting units, press this to scroll through the types of units and then select only that type.
L button Creates a signal flare at the cursor's location. This is used during online play to easily tell your allies where you are going to attack. Double tap to reset your Global center on the map to the cursor location.
R button Center the cursor on the map.
Up dpad Makes the commanders features menu appear. Press again to hide.
Left dpad Cycle between bases (this quickly changes your view).
Right dpad Cycle to the last heard warning or announcement.
Down dpad Cycle between active armies.
