As you proceed through the game, certain events occur where if the character participates and/or succeeds, depending on the event, he will get a photo to put into the photo album. There are 16 photographs obtainable through the course of the game for achieving certain goals. The fastest anyone has ever started a new game and collected all sixteen photos is in five hours and thirty minutes.

Photo with Grandpa This photo is in the album from the beginning. It is a picture of you and grandpa taken many years ago |

Swim Meet Winner This photo is earned by winning the annual swim meet at the Sea Festival (Summer 24). |

House Extensions Photo This photo is earned by buying and constructing all possible house extensions. |

Harvest King Photo This photo is earned by attending the Planting Festival (Spring 8) after earning the "Harvest King" title at the previous year's Harvest Festival (Fall 12). |

Horse Race Winner This photo is earned by entering and winning a race at any Horse Race Festival (Spring 17 and Fall 28). Your horse matures twenty days after you get it from the Green Ranch, and you must talk to Doug the day before the race to enter him. |

Dog Race Winner This photo is earned by entering your dog in the dog race by talking to Doug on Winter 18, then winning your heat at the Dog Race Festival (Winter 19) |

Married! When you have a fully built kitchen and at least one of the girls is at 220 affection, Rick will offer the blue feather in his shop for 980G. Use a blue feather on a girl with a pink heart to propose to her. If she agrees, the wedding will be on the next Sunday. When you view it in the album, this photo will be different, depending on the girl married in that save file. The last day you can get married and still have a baby before the evaluation is Summer 25 of Year 2. |

Have a Baby Thirty days after the wedding, if your wife is at 250 affection or higher, a baby counter will start. As long as your wife's affection doesn't fall below 120 affection, she will have a baby when the counter reaches sixty. |

Cow Festival Winner This photo is earned by entering and winning at the Cow Festival (Fall 4). To win, you have to talk to Doug on Fall 3rd and enter a cow that produces large milk and isn't mad or sick. If you have placed at least sixty milks in a shipping bin before entering the farm screen on Fall 4, your cow will win, but this isn't quite enough to get the photo. The cow producing gold milk must be outside during Fall and you must have at least one square of grass planted to trigger the cutscene with the three festival girls. They will show up and ask to take a picture of the cow, and will send you a copy in the mail the next day. |

Hot Springs Photo This photo is earned by helping the carpenters build the hot springs on Winter 16. There are five days of work total, but the photo is earned for working on the last day, regardless of other days worked. |

Firefly Night If Maria is at 200 affection or greater during summer and it isn't raining and you aren't married, she will come by the farm at 6PM or later, and ask you if you can follow her. She will take you to the Goddess Pond where fireflies are floating everywhere and talk about how beautiful it is. This photo will come in the mail after the event. |

Essence of Moondrop If Elli is at 200 affection or greater on the 9th of Fall and it isn't raining and you aren't married, she will come by your farm at 6PM and ask you to follow her. If you do, she will take you to the Goddess Pond and do a ritual with you involving a jar of a luminescent honey-like substance. Afterward, you will get this photo. |

Kiefu Fairy Dance When Duke is at 38 affection or greater, he will gift you the "Gateway to Heaven" wine, considered an essential item. If you are holding this wine, and the sprites are at 50 affection or greater when you talk to them, they will tell you to summon the Goddess to restore the vineyard. Throwing an egg or crop into the Goddess Pond after this trigger grants a special option to "Restore the Vineyard". If all of this is done, and it isn't raining and you aren't married on Fall 7, Karen will come by the farm at 9PM for her photo event. |

A Rabbit in Winter If it isn't snowing and you aren't married, the first time you enter your farm screen during the winter when Ann is at 200 affection or higher, she will be waiting for you, and ask you to follow her. She takes you to the Goddess Pond and spies on a rabbit. That's about it. You'll get a photo in the mail the next day. |

Blue Mist Flower The fastest way to get this photo is to fill your watering can, then water any of the flowers by the Goddess Pond a single time. Exit, then re-enter the screen three times to advance the final cutscene. The butterfly is flying over nothing, but talking to the bug catcher will trigger the photo event anyway. Normally, you have to buy the Blue Mist Seed from the Flower Shop and tend to it for several days, watering it every day until it blooms. |

Party Picture The Party Picture is the most difficult to get. At the end of the third Spring, your father shows up to evaluate your farm. This photo appears in the album automatically if you meet all of the following requirements:
