December 1917 - January 1918

"Amper" is the twenty-first map on the German side of the campaign.

Strategy[edit]

Messy in the beginning. Send one cavalry and at least one elite infantry east towards the neutral factory. Also send at least one big tank and a light artillery over there. You will need them.

Don't try to hold the line south of your HQ. The bunkers won't survive, since they are already in range of the enemy's medium artillery. Instead, fall back out of range and join up with your units coming from the north, forming a defense cluster around your depot.

As always, take care of your aircraft and repair them often. You will need aircraft and AA units on both battlegrounds. The assault on the western side gets bearable as soon as the Mark tanks are down. Shoot your way through to his medium artillery and rush it, preferredly when it has just moved.

The assault on the eastern bank is very heavy. You'll need a medium or heavy artillery there to repel it. Try to avoid getting blocked by his two planes, or the race for the depot in the far NE will be close.

As soon as you have the assault on the eastern bank under control, repair and rush your experienced units south towards his HQ. Take a few planes with you to get rid of the Heavy Artillery. A surprisingly quick end for such a map.
