You must win the naval battle, which is not difficult if you keep your fleet closely together and fire only at distant targets and not at adjacent targets.
Option 1: Let your ground units board the transport ships and sail to the northern shore while avoiding the naval action. Once disembarked, your units should race west and capture depots and factories. Let all your factories produce airplanes and use them. Overwhelm the enemy on land and move south to destroy his remaining units or capture his HQ.
Option 2: Keep your ground units ashore. After winning the naval battle, let them board the transport ships and immediately capture the enemy HQ in an amphibious assault. Let your ships provide artillery cover. Let your factory produce airplanes and fly them to the west to support the landing operation and north to slow down the enemy’s advance. You should capture the enemy HQ before he captures yours.
