Tweaks provide passive effects when equipped. They can be crafted at any crafting table with the required materials and up to three can be equipped at any save statue. When taking damage, tweaks break from right to left. They can be repaired by acquiring Ivory Squares from defeating enemies, destroying objects, or unlocking paths.

| Fleet Foot | Slightly increases movement speed. |
| Spindle | Spin the wrench for a longer time. |
| Shock Value | Stay electrified for a longer time. |
| Breathless | Hold your breath in water or gas for a longer time. |
| Detonator | Press up + Wrench button to remote trigger your bombs. |
| Meditation | Crouch to slowly repair tweak slots. |
