Once Officer Aki has got out of his car and walked to the stage's starting point you will have to make him continue walking to the right as four Molotov Cocktails and a Cat come walking towards him; once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them you shall come to a Child who is saying Aah! Aah! from the VLM-5030 in its female voice (despite the fact he is male). Once you have rescued him for 2000 points (and the bazooka), two more Cats and two Machineguns will come walking towards you - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, a Citizen will walk up into view from the bottom of the screen while saying Let the hostages go! from the VLM-5030 in its male voice. Once you've rescued him for 500 points and the tear gas gun, you will come to an oil drum; once you have switched to the bazooka, and fired a shot at it to destroy it, you shall receive a 5000-point bonus if Batman was hiding inside. A Housewife shall then run out of the casino at the top of the screen while saying Hey, I'm over here! from the VLM-5030 in its female voice; once you have rescued her for 1000 points, you will have to switch back to the pistol as you come to a third Machinegun who is firing shots at you from a manhole. Once you've fired a shot at him to kill him (for 300 points instead of just 200), you shall come to two more oil drums - and once you've switched to the bazooka again and fired a shot at both of them to destroy them you shall receive another 5000-point bonus if Batman was hidden inside either of them. Three more Machineguns and three more Molotov Cocktails shall now come walking towards you; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to a seventh Machinegun who's firing shots at you from the window of the bar at the top of the screen. Once you've switched to the tear gas gun and fired a shot at him to kill him (for 5000 points instead of 200) he will transform into a topless woman, which isn't 100% appropriate for all audiences - and another Citizen will then walk up into view from the bottom of the screen. Once you have rescued him, for 500 more points, you'll have to switch back to the pistol as two more Machineguns come walking towards you; once you have fired a shot at both of these to kill them, you'll have to switch to the bazooka once again as two commandeered trash trucks come driving towards you. Once you've fired off a shot at both of them to destroy them you shall come to another Child - and once you have rescued him for 2000 more points, a third commandeered trash truck will come driving towards you. Once you've fired a shot at it to destroy it, you will have to switch to the tear gas gun again when you come to a tenth Machinegun firing shots at you from the first window of the building at the top of the screen; once you've fired a shot at him and killed him he'll transform into another topless woman. An eleventh Machinegun shall now come walking towards you - and once you've fired off a shot at him to kill him, you'll come to a twelfth one firing shots at you from the second window of that building at the top of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at him to kill him, he'll transform into a third topless woman; a third Citizen will then walk up into view from the bottom of the screen. Once you've rescued him for 500 more points, two more Machineguns and an eighth Molotov Cocktail will come walking towards you from both sides of the screen - and once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, you shall come up to three more oil drums. Once you have switched back to the bazooka yet again and fired a shot at each of them to destroy them you will receive a third 5000-point bonus if Batman was hiding inside any of them; another Housewife will then run out of the building at the top of the screen. Once you've rescued her for 1000 more points you will come to a fifteenth Machinegun who is firing shots at you from another manhole - and once you have fired a shot at him to kill him you will come to three more oil drums. Once you've fired a shot at each of them to destroy them, you will receive a fourth 5000-point bonus if Batman was hiding inside any of them; you will then come to a sixteenth Machinegun who's firing shots at you from a third manhole. Once you have fired a shot at him to kill him a warning siren will then be heard from the SN-76496 as the VLM-5030 says You're in danger! in its male voice and you come to five more Machineguns; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them five more Machineguns will come walking towards you from behind. Once you have turned around and fired a shot at each of them to kill them, a twenty-seventh Machinegun will walk out of the building at the top of the screen as its shutter slides up - and once you have fired a shot at him to kill him, the VLM-5030 will say Thank you! You've saved me! in its male voice as the text "HELLO! HELLO! IS THERE ANYONE THERE?" is displayed on the screen (with the title screen's animation below it) and the "stage clear" theme gets heard from the SN-76496.
