Man in the Mirror and Purple Haze (マン・イン・ザ・ミラーとパープル・ヘイズ Man In Za Mirā to Pāpuru Heizu)
Pannacotta Fugo vs. Illuso

Having defeated Abbacchio, Illuso chases after Giorno next, as Abbacchio tries to warn him to no avail. Upon dragging him inside the mirror, however, Illuso realizes in horror that Giorno has infected himself with Purple Haze's virus, bringing it into the mirror world with him! Panicking, Illuso hastily flees the mirror world before the virus can melt him... back into the real world, where Purple Haze lies in wait. With less than a minute to live, Giorno asks Fugo to finish the fight with Purple Haze.

You'll again control Fugo with inverted horizontal controls, this time with access to his Stand, Purple Haze, and now you can finally defeat Illuso, who begins missing about 1/6 of his health. Like the last level, Illuso will switch between the real and mirror worlds, forcing you to swap between Fugo and Purple Haze. While controlling Purple Haze, you'll notice that it doesn't move like Gold Experience or Moody Blues, walking around slowly instead of floating, and punching and dodging in a boxing-like manner. Its Stand Shoot is also different, being a grab and punch instead of a barrage of blows. You'll have to make sure it doesn't stray too far from where Fugo was in the mirror world, however, or else it may start cleaning itself, immobilizing you for several seconds. Your Stand meter emptying while it's active will have the same effect, so be sure to keep an eye on the meter.

Secret Factors
The first Secret Factor activates automatically, and the second must be done as the finishing move of the level.
1. Clear the stage. (ステージをクリア)
This will activate immediately when the level starts, and rewards you with +8.
2. KO with a Lv.3 "UbashaaAAAAA!". (「うばぁしゃああああ」Lv3でKO)
Finish off Illuso with a fully-charged Stand Shoot. This will reward you with +2.

After the fight, our heroes are returned to the real world, now that the mirror world's master is dead. Unfortunately, Fugo can't cure Giorno of Purple Haze's virus... but thankfully, Giorno creatively devises a cure, turning a brick exposed to the virus into an immune snake, the blood of which he injects into himself. This act of putting his life on the line earns Fugo's respect, though Giorno dismisses him, saying that Abbacchio is more deserving of respect, as he protected the key at all costs, before passing out. As Fugo collects the key, behind a nearby corner, an injured Abbacchio grumbles to himself that he'll punish Giorno for his disobedience later, as he's in no shape to do so now...
