Numerous items found in the game can support the Sabure Prince along the way. Some require currency to buy, some are found in other places, and some will help you solve puzzles in the game.
- Diary (日記) - A very important item in the game. It is used to saved the game. The diary is written under the Prince's point of view of the game.
- Map (マップ) - An item that was given early in the game. Use it to see the world map.
- Recovery Wine (回復のワイン) - You can use the wine to recover hearts. Gone after 1 use.
- Saw (のこぎり) - You can carry up to 32. It's used to cut down small trees and fight certain enemies.
- Fruit of Happiness (しあわせの果実) - You can carry up to 32. Use this to return into a human.
- Hot Sping Eggs (おんせんたまご) - You can carry up to 32. Eat these to turn into a snake.
- Pick Axe (ツルハシ) - You can carry up to 32. Use this to smash rocks in your way. Cannot be used as a weapon.
- Wasabi (ワサビ) - You can carry up to 32. Throw it at an enemy to stun them for a bit. Extremely hot!
- Warp Door (ワープドア) - Use this to return to the start of a dungeon.
- Suspicious Medicine (あやしいクスリ) - Medication received from the Witch Mandola, it suspiciously has a photo of a frog on it...
- More Suspicious Medicine (さらにあやしいクスリ) - A medication which Mandola gives you to solve your froggy problem...At a ghastly price on your wallet.
