From where Mickey and the Moogle Shop are, turn left under the stairs and toward the wall. Behind a pillar here is a chest containing Paint Gun: Sky Blue x10. Now head all the way to the back wall on the other side of the area. To the left is a Mega-Potion. Turn back to the right and you should see a staircase. At the top of it is an Ice Dream Cone 2. You can now talk to Mickey to venture on a quest with the Musketeers.

Boss: Tyranto Rex[edit]

The Musketeers have a duty to protect the princess, and so are escorting her in her carriage. However, it falls upon Sora to fend off a giant Nightmare that comes chasing after the princess. This boss battle can be difficult if only because Sora has such limited space and can't use a Cure spell on a carriage. But the formula is as simple as can be: attack when the Tyranto Rex comes close, and block with Y button when it charges or throws fireballs. Dodging isn't enough in this case; while Sora can avoid the damage, the carriage can't, and the battle is lost if its damage meter fills up. Get close enough to the edge so you can stop its fire breath before it hits the carriage and time your blocks correctly.

Occasionally, once its health gets lower, it will throw a second fireball right after the first. It can be difficult to tell when this occurs due to the first fireball blocking your vision, so watch the Nightmare carefully; the dual fireball attack is actually beneficial to you if you're able to successfully block them all, as they knock off a good chunk of the Rex's health. It will usually charge into the carriage soon after it throws a fireball. Unfortunately, the damage from the charges can't be blocked completely. In this case, ranged magic spells come in handy. The goal is to defeat the Nightmare before it destroys the carriage. If you don't have spells in your deck, the least you can do is attack right as or after it charges; keep it in a combo so that it takes a while to back off. Once it reaches its last health bar, it will start throwing a spell to stun Sora. Jump over this to avoid being momentarily frozen and pummeled by fireballs. Complete the tedious battle to obtain a Tyranto Rex Recipe.

Tower[edit]

Despite all of Sora's efforts, the Beagle Boys arrive to knock him off the carriage and escape with the princess. Following the failed mission, the Musketeers find the empty carriage and agree to search for the missing princess. Move forward and defeat the group of Nightmares along the way. The northern path ends at a wall with a dead tree by it; before turning to continue, use Flowmotion to get up this wall and open the chest containing a Shield Cookie 2. Before jumping back down, you should see a higher ledge across the road. Use Flowmotion to get to it and obtain Firaga. Continue up the road, defeating the second group of Nightmares along the way, and head toward the tower, but don't get on the bridge just yet. Drop down to the left of it and open the chest for a Dream Candy. Follow the ledges back up and cross the bridge to enter the Tower.

Defeat the Nightmares that spawn and follow the stairs up until you reach a landing. More Nightmares will spawn here and one of the Beagle Boys will begin throwing barrels at you! Defeat the Nightmares and continue up the stairs. A heap of barrels and planks has apparently been blocking them from reaching Sora; jump over this heap but not before turning right back and opening the chest containing Drop-Me-Not. From here you can jump onto the ledge at the center of the tower and use Flowmotion on the horizontal bar to swing to a birdcage containing Treasure Goggles. Use Flowmotion to get back to your previous location and jump over or dodge the barrels during your ascent. The Beagle Boy will flee once Sora reaches the top of the stairs. Open the chest at the back of the room for an Ice Dream Cone 2 and continue up the next staircase for a boss battle.

Bosses: Beagle Boys[edit]

After protecting a carriage against Tyranto Rex, this boss battle should be extremely easy. The Beagle Boys attack quickly and ferociously but only when they get close. Using spells or Flowmotion attacks is very effective and should result in an easy win. If you opt for close range, your Dream Eaters can distract the other two Beagle Boys well enough that you can simply focus on one. Though you can't deplete their health completely, knocking them out is enough in this case. Defeat all three of them to trigger a scene. All is well for the Musketeers, until a conspiracy is uncovered...

Mont Saint-Michel[edit]

Sora gathers the Musketeers for one last and very important quest. Examine the gate and select the shore. Follow the path until you get to a large area with a mass of trees in the center. Defeat the Nightmares that spawn here and head into the cave to the left for Paint Gun: Blue x10. Continue on down to the beach and defeat the Nightmares that spawn. Before going for the boat, make a right turn and go back into an area where you should find some more Nightmares and a chest containing a Dream Candy. Examine the boat to leave for Mont Saint-Michel.

Head left from the Link Portal on the map, then down until you reach a staircase that leads to a locked door. Use Flowmotion to get up the wall above the door and open the chest for a Fleeting Fantasy. Drop back down and head north on the map. Nightmares will spawn at a fork in the road. There's a visible chest up ahead but all it contains is another Nightmare. Go left instead and, after defeating the next group of Nightmares, open the chest to the north of this area for a Hi-Potion. Instead of going up the stairs, go south past the wagon and drop down off the ledge. Use Flowmotion to get over the wall directly in front of you; in this area is a large chest containing Sparkga. Return to the staircase and save at the Save Point at the top of it. Before exiting to the next area, drop off to the right and open the chest for a Royal Cake. Now exit to the Dungeon.

Dungeon[edit]

Follow the path until some Nightmares spawn. There are jail cells on either wall either, with two open on the right wall. The first one is empty but the second one has a breakable door inside leading to the next cell. Break the next door after that for a chest containing Block-it Chocolate 3. Back outside, there's an easily visible breakable area on the left wall. Destroy the cell door to the left here and then the next to land yourself in the final cell, where there are some more breakable crates in the way. Destroy them to enter an area where you should see another set of breakable crates to the left. Do the same to find two chests, one containing a Royal Cake and the other containing a Fleeting Fancy. Exit back out and use Flowmotion to get across to a large chest containing Sonic Blade. Drop down to the area below.

Go up the first set of stairs. In the corner of this room there's a chest containing a Water Barrel. Go back down and exit into the next room on the other side. Here Sora will be ambushed by a group of Zolephants. Defeat the ones on the upper levels first as their attacks have excellent range. Complete the battle for Slide Roll. Go through the opening here and follow the path until you reach a staircase. Drop down to the side of this and destroy the crates for a Chef Kyroo Recipe. Continue forward and examine the opening in the ground to climb down and rescue Mickey.

Opéra[edit]

You end up back at the Shore. Take the carriage to the opéra. Before entering the building, there's some fighting and treasure hunting to do. Turn right to see a chest by the wall containing Block-it Chocolate 2. Alternatively, to the left there's a chest containing a Hi-Potion. By the building entrance, a large group of Nightmares will spawn. Defeat them and look to the right of the stairs to find two chests, one containing yet another Nightmare and the other, Drop-Me-Not. Enter the building and save at the Save Point. There's also a Moogle Shop here.

Turn to the left and find the chest containing Confetti Candy 2 in the corner. Continue forward and head up the stairs in the center. Some large Nightmares will spawn here. Go up the left staircase and you should find a chest at the back wall containing Block-it Chocolate 2. Go to the opposite wall of this floor, where you should see red curtains and a chest containing a Mega-Potion. Jump back down and, instead of taking the large center staircase, take the right one. Use Flowmotion to get to an upper level here and open the chest at the end of this path for an Ice Dream Cone 3. Jump down from here and open the visible chest next to the staircase for a Hi-Potion. Go left and take the path here to come across a door. Enter to finally face Pete and the Beagle Boys.

Bosses: Pete and the Beagle Boys[edit]

Before you can face Pete, you have to once again defeat all three of the Beagle Boys. Their attack styles are the same as last time, with the only difference here being their large health bars. For each one you knock out, you must perform the Country of the Musketeers' Reality Shift (A button + X button). Have your stylus ready to follow the onscreen commands, which mostly consists of swiping the stylus across the screen in the directions of the arrows. Completing the Reality Shift will send the Beagle Boy flying into Pete. At this point, Pete will begin tossing bombs from up above, which can be avoided by watching the shadows on the stage as they fall. Launch the final Beagle Boy toward him and Pete will finally drop down.

Pete's rapier attacks are actually quite fast. Have some Slow spells ready and he will become a much easier target. The finisher of his combo is usually the strongest attack, so stay out of range of that one and you should be fine. If Pete isn't able to reach you with his rapier, he will sometimes throw sets of bombs; these can be easily dodged, though. Occasionally, he'll hop out of range and swing sun and moon props toward Sora. Head to the either corner of the stage behind the curtains until he finishes the attack and hops back onto the stage, then continue on the offensive. Once Pete's health is low enough, you can perform the same Reality Shift on him to send him flying into the set. Complete the battle to increase Sora's deck capacity and lock the world. Sora also obtains the All for One Keyblade and can now move on to Symphony of Sorcery.

Riku[edit]

Dive Boss: Brawlamari[edit]

Dive Mode
A Rank B Rank C Rank Gold Reward
100,000+ 50,000-99,999 ≤49,999 Zero Graviga

This boss starts out easily enough. Brawlamari begins with a steady pattern of attacks. Firstly, it splits a boulder into smaller rocks that spread out to hit Riku. These can be avoided easily by dodging with Y button out of their range. It follows this up by charging two of its tentacles and jabbing them in Riku's direction. This can also be avoided easily by dodging as it strikes. Lastly, it latches onto rock walls in an attempt to slow itself down enough so that Riku bumps into it on the way down. Press B button twice in a row and the octopus Nightmare will eventually have to continue falling at a steady pace. At this point, Riku should be close enough to attack. Move toward one of the two glowing spheres on its head and mash A button to shatter it, taking off a great deal of Brawlamari's health. Repeat the dodging process before you get the chance to attack once again, fully depleting its health gauge.

Unfortunately, the battle doesn't stop here. Brawlamari turns over to give Riku a run for his money, greatly increasing its own health and stepping up its attacks. One of these new attacks involves shooting lasers out of four of its tentacles, with all four of them able to move in different directions to separately target Riku or even corner him between them. This is a bit more difficult, but can still be easily avoided by dodging around Brawlamari in a circle. Brawlamari's tentacle-jabbing attack also gets an update; the attack is lengthened with a second jab, which it can then swipe over Riku to continue to target him even after dodging. Its final attack before slowing itself down is a large laser blast that has incredible range. This actually can't be dodged, so Riku's only option here is to move behind one of the floating rocks and stay there until Brawlamari finishes its attack.

At this point, Brawlamari will reveal four more glowing spheres which must be destroyed to completely deplete its health. Repeat the process to get it to reveal these spheres to Riku enough so that he can destroy them all and open the ring to finally drop onto the world.

Main[edit]

As soon as Riku lands onto the new world, he spots the mischievous Pete and resolves to follow him to the trouble. Before entering the building, turn right to find a chest behind a bush containing a Panacea. Move forward on the grassy area from here and defeat the group of Nightmares that spawn. Here you should find a chest containing a Shield Cookie 2. Forward from here, next to the building, are two chests; one contains a Nightmare and the other, a Dream Candy. Over on the opposite side of the building is another chest containing a Hi-Potion. Enter the building to follow Pete.

As in Sora's side, there's a Save Point and a Moogle Shop here. Go left into the corner for a chest containing Confetti Candy 2. Move forward, take down the Nightmares in the center, and take the staircase up to the second level. Defeat the Nightmares and continue up to the wall for a chest containing a Mega-Potion. Get to the opposite wall for a Water Barrel. Drop back down to the lower level and take one of the staircases down this time. Use Flowmotion to get up to the upper level here and head down the path to the right for a Royal Cake. Jump back down and take the left path to a door.

Theater and Machine Room[edit]

After the scene, Riku ends up on the stage, where Nightmares spawn. Defeat them and claim the chests; one behind the left curtain holds Confetti Candy 2, and one in front of the stage on the right holds a Balloon. At the opposite wall is a doorway leading Backstage. To the left of the staircase is a Mega-Potion. Head up the staircase and exit to the next area for a scene. You obtain a Flashback (Bon Journey, Princess) and Riku ends up in the Machine Room.

Break the vase with the toxic gas spewing out of up ahead and the ground will clear up. Open the now visible chest for a Hi-Potion. Break the next one for the ground to clear up in the next area, and open the chest by the left wall for Drop-Me-Not. Head forward and you should see a part of the wall that you can target and break, but ignore it for now and make a right turn to the doorway leading back into the Grand Lobby. Open the large chest for Shadowbreaker and exit back to the breakable wall. Destroy it to find another large chest, this one containing Blizzaga. Riku's Spirits should now point him to another breakable wall; look for the wooden planks and break through them to find a vertical pole. Get on it with Flowmotion and wait until the short scene is triggered: one of the Beagle Boys is finally ready for a fight.

Bosses: Beagle Boys[edit]

As covered in Sora's side, the Beagle Boys aren't difficult opponents. This is made even easier by the fact that Riku only has to face one at a time. Defeat the first one and ride the rope to the right with Flowmotion to an upper level. Some Nightmares will spawn in front of another breakable wall. Get through for a Ducky Goose Recipe. Jump back down and and take the other rope up. Turn right and open the chest in the corner for an Ice Dream Cone 2. Head up the stairs, open the chest to the left wall for a Mega-Potion, and exit to the next area. Follow the path and turn left to find a Save Point and some pipes. Attack them to find three chests behind them: these hold Drop-Me-Not, Confetti Candy 3, and Stop. Continue back on the path and destroy the next vase after defeating some more Nightmares.

Move forward and break the door to the left for some Treasure Goggles. Move into the big room where Nightmares will spawn. To the right are some racks of clothing; attack the right one to reveal a chest containing a Fleeting Fantasy. In the hall ahead are more clothing racks; attack the left one for a Prickly Fantasy and the right to find another Beagle Boy. He'll attack viciously as soon as he's revealed, so be wary. The tight hall also plays to his advantage, as the closeness makes up for his lack of range. You can remedy this by using Flowmotion attacks. After defeating him, continue on until you reach some more toxic gas. Destroy the source and defeat the Nightmares that subsequently attack. Behind the pillar here is a Hi-Potion. Use Flowmotion to get to the upper area which doesn't have stairs leading up to it for a Shield Cookie 3. Riku's Spirits should now be directing him to a door. Break it open and defeat the last Beagle Boy to foil their plan. However, Riku can't put his own plan into motion until he defeats a threatening Nightmare.

Boss: Holey Moley[edit]

If you have the time, there are some chests to be obtained here before you pounce on Holey Moley. From where you start, jump up on the higher platform to the right for a Staggerceps Recipe. Use Flowmotion to get to the top of the tower of boxes stacked up ahead for a Fleeting Fantasy. Drop down and to the left corner is a chest containing Drop-Me-Not. Now make your way to the other side of the room through the opening in the large brown set; there's a chest containing Dream Candy here. Finally, head off to the other side of the room to find a small tower in the center, with a visible chest on top holding a Royal Cake.

As for Holey Moley itself, it'll usually send some form of projectile attack after you, but spends much of its time burrowing away. Look for the Nightmare symbol on the map to pinpoint its position, then hammer away. Occasionally, only groups of hands that swap at Riku will appear. If they become too much for you, let your Spirits handle them until Holey Moley reappears. Otherwise, this battle is all about chasing Holey Moley wherever he pops up and getting to him quick enough to make a significant attack. This battle may be long and tedious, but it certainly isn't difficult. Deplete all of its health to obtain Shadow Slide, Shadow Strike, and the All for One Keyblade. Riku can now move on to the next world.
