You'll obtain a few new flashbacks during the world's opening scene, and Sora will be presented with a new task: catch Pinocchio. Adjust your Command Deck, spend some time with the Spirits, and purchase the new recipes at the nearby Moogle Shop before moving on.

Hop off the raised platform to the right to find a chest containing a Hi-Potion by the southern wall. Head to the other side of the starting point and you should see tall, white tower in the distance. Find the chest containing a Balloon at the foot of it and use Flowmotion to get to the top of it for Blizzara. In the distance is a shorter pointed tower; at the foot of this one is a Block-it Chocolate 2. Move on toward the Ferris Wheel. There's a passage leading under it where you can find a chest containing Paint Gun: Yellow x10. Back over it, watch the carts go by; one holds Treasure Goggles and another holds a Malleable Fantasy. Head toward the 8-ball building and past it, dropping off to the path below. You should find an Ice Dream Cone 2 by a tree. Go through the tunnel and toward the carousel for another chest containing a Drop-Me-Not. Now approach Pinocchio, only for Sora to discover that it's only Nightmares disguised as Pinocchio. Defeat them for an increase in Max HP and a Jestabocky Recipe. Before leaving to approach the next Pinocchio, open the final treasure chest behind the red tower for a Shield Cookie 2. Jump back up to where you found the first Pinocchio, up the ramp and on the rails. Follow the track using Flowmotion until you reach the red tower where the second Pinocchio is stationed. Approach him for a scene and exit the area.

Circus[edit]

Behind the fence to the right of the entrance of the building is a Block-it Chocolate 2. Follow the path inside, picking up the Drop-Me-Not along the way, until you enter the circular room. On a platform up in the northeast corner, Sora can use Flowmotion to reach a chest containing Aerial Slam. From here, jump to the center for a Royal Cake. Drop down and continue past the half moon doors which open as Sora approaches them. Follow the path through the cave, defeating the Nightmares along the way, and open the chest in the last room for a Hi-Potion. Save at the Save Point and exit the area through the curtain.

Following his arrival, Sora will be caught in a battle with numerous Nightmares on trampolines. This battle primarily consists of the familiar Komory Bats and Kooma Pandas, so it shouldn't be much of a problem. Following it, you'll obtain High Jump for Sora, along with glossary entries on Nobodies and Organization XIII as well as a chronicle of Kingdom Hearts II. Swap out Jump for High Jump in the action Command Deck before moving on. The first treasure can be found through a combination of bouncing on the trampolines and Flowmotion. On this high platform is a Rampant Fancy. Drop back down and leave the trampoline area. You should see a chest to the left containing a Confetti Candy 2. Keep walking along the wall and you should see a chest by the trampolines containing a Balloon. Keep walking along the wall; past the inaccessible door is a Drop-Me-Not. Exit the area, and follow the winding path back until you trigger a scene. Sora is met by the Blue Fairy, who warns him about Pinocchio's departure. Sora runs off to the ocean to save the group.

Ocean[edit]

As you enter the area you should easily spot the first treasure off to the side, a Hi-Potion. Head off toward the bridge and follow the path, defeating the many Nightmares that spawn along the way. In the large cave, you should spot another chest containing an Ice Dream Cone 2. Use Flowmotion to get up the wall by this chest, where you'll find a Water Barrel. Exit the caves to descend down to the ocean floor, where Sora's Flowmotion moves and jumps are much more floaty. Defeat the Nightmares that spawn ahead and face the two paths. Take the low right path first to be led into an underwater alcove, where Sora can open a chest containing a Panacea and battle more Nightmares. Now go back up the left path and drop down to battle some more Dream Eaters. Find the ray resting up on one of the raised platforms and approach it. Before interacting with it, spot the chest on another pedestal from here and open it for Paint Gun: Sky Blue x10. Return to the ray and hop on. It will give Sora a ride around the area. After it passes the platform you just got the paint guns from, it will hit another platform with some noticeable currents. Get off here and ride the steam up by jumping on it. Sora will use Flowmotion to find a Lofty Fantasy. Return to the steam and continue forward. A short scene will play focusing on an upper level. Use the steam to get up to it. From here, you should be able to spot a ledge holding a large treasure chest. Jump to it and open it for Zero Gravira. Return to the platform which the scene focused on and enter the passage which the current seems to shift toward to enter the depths of the ocean.

Save at the Save Spot and buy anything you may need at the Moogle Shop. Continue forward and you should find a drop with a current rising out of it. Circle it to find a chest containing a Rampant Fancy behind it before dropping in. Sora is shot out into a new area, right past a ledge holding a treasure chest. Use Flowmotion to get back by the current and the ledge for Treasure Goggles. Drop down and defeat the Dream Eaters that spawn before following the path. Ignore the second gap in the ocean floor with a current rising out of it; continue past it and use Flowmotion to get up onto a ledge for a Royal Cake. Drop down and move forward to see another ray. Defeat the Nightmares that spawn before it and head to the rising steam to the right wall. Behind it is a large chest containing a Tatsu Steed Recipe. Lastly, use Flowmotion to get up to a (very high) ledge on the northern-eastern wall for a Shield Cookie 2. Exit the area when you're ready to face the boss.

Boss: Chill Clawbster[edit]

There isn't much of a challenge in this fight if you've gained enough levels. Expect the most difficulty to come from chasing the Clawbster around the circular arena. Like most bosses, its attacks are powerful, yet they are very easily avoided. Run away when it charges and stay close to it (or, preferably, behind it) to more easily dodge its shots and lasers. Your target is the spot under it. This is most easily attacked when it lays still and occasionally smashes into the ground. You can either stop your combos here to jump whenever it rises or allow Sora's aerial attacks to follow it, effectively avoiding the attack automatically. When it glows, its attacks won't get much more powerful. The most notable difference here is that its weak spot is more difficult to target, in which case you should dodge most of the attacks here in favor of waiting until it returns to normal. Beware this strategy if you don't have a Drop-Me-Not on hand, as dropping mid-battle is very possible, in which case you'll have to start the tedious battle over. Defeat the Clawbster for an increase in Deck Capacity, the Ferris Gear Keyblade, and the opportunity to move on to the next world.

Riku[edit]

Unlike Sora, who landed in the theme park, Riku unluckily drops right into Monstro. However, the good news is that Geppetto's boat can be spotted in the distance. Before breaking for it, look left for an easy chest containing a Hi-Potion . Right in front of this chest is a high platform which can be reached via Flowmotion wall-jumping. Up here is a chest containing an Ice Dream Cone 2. To the right of the starting point is another higher platform. Reach this one the same way for Paint Gun: Blue x10. Two platforms ahead you should spot another chest which may also be reached by Flowmotion, this one containing a Balloon. Jump across to the roof of Geppetto's boat for the final chest in the area, containing a Panacea. Now drop down, save at the Save Point, purchase all you may need at the Moogle Shop, and speak to Geppetto to trigger a scene. Riku will be given the familiar task of finding Pinocchio, who seems to have run off with a stranger. As his conscience, Jiminy Cricket tags along. You will now have to head deeper into the belly of the whale. Make your way to the exit up ahead, and defeat the Nightmares that spawn before leaving to the next area.

You should immediately see the first (and only) chest on Riku's level up in the northeastern corner. Open it for a Hi-Potion. Go left and follow the steps up until you see the purple protuberance in the ground. Hop on it to bounce up. There's a false chest here that you may open to defeat some more Nightmares. Drop down to the right from here and follow the path on this level until you reach a chest. Open it for a Shield Cookie 2. A (very) high ledge is up on the wall right to the left of this chest. Use Flowmotion to get up on it and you will find a barrel along with some blue Flowmotion tracks all over the place. Hop on the ledge to the left first, and ride the track here to find a large chest containing a Sir Kyroo Recipe. Drop back down to the ground you were on previously from here, then drop down even lower. Defeat the Nightmares and open the chest for Treasure Goggles. Jump back up and ride the blue track across to find more Dream Eaters. Clear the area, but before moving on to the next, drop down again. Open the chest here for a Shield Cookie 2. Use Flowmotion to get up to the ledge at the end of the path here for a large chest containing Mini. Now, continue on deeper into Monstro in pursuit of Pinocchio.

Belly[edit]

Riku is now in the belly of the whale. Following a scene, you will obtain a chronicle of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Drop down and open the chest to the left for a Hi-Potion. Attack the thing swinging out of the ground up ahead to switch the layout of the map around. From here, turn into the open passage on the right leading to the acidic pool. Take a dive and Riku will get hurt, so avoid it as best as you can. Make your way up the steps; some Nightmares will attack you at the top, so use Cure (or some variation of it) if you happen to fall into the pool mid-battle. Off on a platform on the other side is a chest containing Confetti Candy 2. Now return to the ledge where the Nightmares attacked and advance into the room here. Once again, attack the mysterious protuberance to reverse the map of the room, giving you access to the chest that contains a Drop-Me-Not. Continue through the passage to spot some planks in the right corner, holding a chest that contains a Block-it Chocolate 2. Head all the way north and strike the final protuberance at the end, then head up the stairs and jump back across into the alcove to find a large chest containing Collision Magnet. Now, exit the area to go even deeper.

Move forward and attack the Dream Eaters that spawn. A little to the northwest you should find a large triangle shape sticking out of the otherwise straight wall. Use Flowmotion to get up this wall and find a Panacea. Drop back down, find the switch which moves the map around in the corner (past some more Nightmares) and attack it. On a platform in the southeast corner of the room, by the entrance from which you came, you should find a switch by a chest containing a Confetti Candy 2. Hit the switch and drop down for a Royal Cake. Use the trampoline to get back up, run up the ramp, and drop into the center to find the area's final switch. Hit it and the gravity will reverse. Find the opening and head through it. Defeat the Nightmares to reach the split. Go left first for a Water Barrel, and then right for a Drop-Me-Not and a Save Spot. Prepare for the world's boss ahead before exiting.

Boss: Char Clawbster[edit]

Like Sora's fight, this one shouldn't be too difficult. It will occasionally throw discs (which are easily avoided) and swipe at Riku but otherwise, it isn't much trouble to directly attack. Its weak spot isn't hidden as the Chill Clawbster's is; attacking the shell is sufficient to damage it. The biggest annoyance here is that it will frequently slide around to gain some distance between it and Riku, launching its disc or laser attack, so chase after it and stay close. At times, it will slide away and stay on the ceiling. Hit the switch at the end of the room to get it crashing down. It will also glow, introducing a new green fireball attack that it will make quick use of and also speeding up its escapes. It can be easily attacked when in this mode, though its quickness proves landing any major attacks to be difficult. Save any powerful commands or link attacks for when it reverts to normal, in which case Riku can attack away. Defeat the Clawbster to obtain an increase in Max HP and Ocean's Rage.

You must now travel back to Traverse Town to deal with a new disturbance there.
