Kirby Fighters 2 is a 2D fighting game developed by HAL Laboratory and Vanpool and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch on September 23, 2020. It features various fighters in the form of Kirby with a Copy Ability and many of his friends.
The story of the game is set in the Buddy Fighters Tower. Kirby's old rivals King Dedede and Meta Knight challenge Kirby and his chosen partner to a battle at the summit of the tower, facing countless foes as he scales it. The game also includes local and online multiplayer battles between players as a side mode.
