The next morning, Luchs find Charlotte still in pain. He decides to go back to the cave where he found her to find any clues that could help her. While searching around in the cave, another earthquake occurs and Luchs falls through a newly formed hole. Luchs finds himself in a dream like state back in the inn.

Exit Luchs' room.

Luchs sees several visions of Charlotte and other girls interacting. He experiences a sharp pain like the time he found Charlotte and wakes up back at the cave. Wandering around, he regains his composure and finds more crystals. Suddenly, the pain returns and a girl appears descending before him. She introduces herself as Beatrix and awaits for his orders. Like Charlotte, Beatrix has lost her memories, but knows Luchs last name for some reason. She is also experiencing the same affliction. A monster appears before them.

In the middle of the three enemy groups is a bomb. When attacked, it will explode and damage both nearby allies and enemies. Beatrix uses a ranged attack that can safely attack the bomb without taking damage.

All enemies are defeated, but Beatrix tells Luchs she is almost out of magna, her source of energy. She notices the bracelet on Luchs and tells him to quickly hold it out towards her. A light emanates from the bracelet and heals Beatrix. More enemies appear as Luchs and Beatrix run away.

Like previous battles, focus on the Tin Sergeants to prevent more Tin Soldiers from being summoned. Between the two left groups is a healing bottle that restores health to the party member that attacks it.

Luchs ask Beatrix who she is, but her head aches when she tries to recall her memories. He then asks her if she knows Charlotte. She responds that the name is familiar and Luchs suggests she meet her. Beatrix blasts a hole in the cave and they leave.

Back at the inn, Luchs brings Beatrix to Charlotte. Beatrix recalls that Charlotte is her sister. Luchs uses his bracelet like before to heal Charlotte. Charlotte recovers and Luchs offers Beatrix to stay at the inn, which she accepts.

Later, Luchs wakes up feeling relieved that Charlotte is doing better. He still has some questions about the bracelet restoring magna and the fiends that keep appearing. Bart shows up and banters with Luchs.
