Amelia greets Luchs in the morning and informs him that Bart had other plans so Luchs will have to sell the crystals in town. She is worried about Luchs, but he says he will be fine. She leaves and Charlotte comes down overhearing the conversation. Luchs explains to Charlotte and Beatrix how he doesn't get along with anyone in town. The girls decide one of them should accompany Luchs while the other watches the inn.
You can select either Charlotte or Beatrix to take to town. When you are ready, talk to the one you selected to proceed.
Luchs and the selected girl go to Lunéville Plaza to shop for various items. At one point Luchs forgets something at the previous shop and runs back to get it. When he leaves the shop, a crowd has gathered around a girl arguing with a man named Dangereux. She is upset that Dangereux won't tell her why she can't stay at the inn. He tells her that he prefers outsiders to keep their visits brief. She says her name is Frieda and she is a traveling saleswoman. He insists that she finishes her business quickly and leave the town. He notices Luchs and ends the conversation and leaves. She turns her attention to Luchs and he reveals that he is actually the proprietor of the inn. She asks for a room and he accepts. They exchange introductions and Luchs recalls the name Frieda and tells her that Charlotte and Beatrix have a sister with that name. She ponders the two names while Luchs hears the noise again. Luchs brings her back to the selected girl and more of their memories start to return. They eventually return to the inn.
Back at the inn, everyone is having a meal. Elfriede shares her secret about how she traveled around. She brings them to her ship by the shore. Beatrix recalls that Elfriede was their master craftswoman and built even their weapons. Elfriede reveals more of her memories and how the sisters fought in a war, but she doesn't know the details. She feels tired and decides to go back to the inn to get some sleep. Luchs contemplates the war comment Elfriede made in his room.
Exit Luchs room. Frieda created a machine in the bottom left room of the inn where you can buy and craft items.
