The boss of Okashi no Kuni is Miyasha, a giant gray-haired, and purple-cloaked, witch who flies randomly around the platform on her broomstick, and fires tiny versions of herself at Alice; her point value is 10000.

Welcome to the game. Once Alice has dropped down onto the platform and the world's theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, start walking forward by pushing the joystick into the "north-east" position, as four Bacura come tumbling towards you; once you have blown a bubble at each of these to kill them, you'll come to a group of Tamagocchi walking randomly around the platform while firing marbles at you. Once you have blown a bubble at the Box you will notice on the left side of the platform at this point to break it open, it will leave an Usagi No Nuigurumi behind, which will cause a rotating barrier of orbs protecting Alice against the enemies' attacks to appear around her for a short period of time when collected - and once you have blown a bubble at the one on the right side of the platform to break it open, it will leave a Balloon behind, which will inflate if Alice gets knocked off the edge of the platform and lift her back up to them. Once you've blown a bubble at all the Tamagocchi to knock them off the edge of the platform, you'll come to a third Box on that left side of the platform; once you've blown a bubble at it to break it open, it will leave a Red Crystal behind, which is worth a random amount of points (between 1000 and 7650) when collected. A second group of Tamagocchi will also be walking randomly around a fourth Box on the right side of the platform at this point - and once you've blown a bubble at all of these, to knock them off the edge of the platform, you'll have to blow a bubble at it to break it open. Once you have done so, it will leave another Red Crystal behind; you will then see that the platform has narrowed as three Mushrooms come gliding towards you while smoking cigarettes and firing marbles at you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge of the platform, you will see that the platform has widened again and three Bombs are bouncing in place on the left side of it - and they will explode and send five marbles rolling towards you if you either blow a bubble at them for 100 points apiece, or merely get too close to them. You will then come to three more that are bouncing in place on the right side of the platform; once you have blown a bubble at each of them to destroy them, you will see that the platform has narrowed again, as five more Mushrooms come gliding towards you while smoking cigarettes and firing out marbles at you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of these to knock them off the edge of the platform, you will come to two Roll Halls that are built into the platform - and they will occasionally open up and fire a roller at Alice (who will not fall into one if she is standing on it) before closing again. Once you have blown a bubble at both of these to destroy them, you will come to a third group of Tamagocchi walking randomly round the platform while firing marbles at you; once you have blown a bubble at all of them to knock them off the edge of the platform, you will come to a small chequered platform that is moving back and forth. Once you've jumped onto it, it'll carry you over to the first boss platform - and once you've jumped onto the first boss platform, the boss theme will start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for the first time and you will be drawn into battle with Miyasha: a giant, gray-haired and purple-cloaked witch who attacks by hovering randomly around the platform on her broomstick and firing miniaturized versions of herself at Alice. Once you have blown enough bubbles at her to defeat her, she will explode and the "round clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for a first time as she leaves a portal to the next world behind, which Alice will promptly jump into; you'll also receive 10 bonus points for every tenth of a second you have remaining.
