The boss of Bikkuri no Kuni is Big Tortoise, a giant (Mexican) reptile who attacks by jumping randomly around the platform, while firing a lot of marbles at Alice; his point value is, for that fourth time, 20000.

Once Alice has dropped onto the platform and the world's theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, you will have to start walking forward by pushing your joystick into the "north-east" position as a Bacura comes tumbling towards you; once you blow a bubble at this, to kill it, three Red Naniwa and three Blue Naniwa will come walking towards you. Once you've blown a bubble at each of these, to knock them off the edge, the six Boxes upon either side of the platform will burst open as six Nazo No Uchi come bouncing towards you - and once you have blown a bubble at each of these, to knock them off the edge, you will have to blow a bubble at two more Boxes on either side of the platform to break them open. The seventh one will leave an Usagi No Nuigurumi behind, and the eighth one will leave a Red Crystal; once you've collected these, a spinning barrier of orbs will appear around Alice, which means that she will easily be able to repel several more Naniwa who are walking towards her, while ten more Nazo No Uchi burst out of ten more Boxes upon either side of the platform and come bouncing towards her. Five more Bacura will then come tumbling towards you; once you have blown a bubble at each of them to kill them, you'll have to jump onto one of two small rectangular platforms that are moving left and right in order to jump onto a small static square platform then jump onto one of two more small rectangular platforms that are moving left and right in order to jump onto a second static square platform, with a nineteenth Box on it. Once you've blown a bubble at it to break it open, it will leave another Red Crystal behind - and once you have collected it, you will have to jump onto a long platform with two more Blue Naniwa walking around it. Once you have blown a bubble at both of these, to knock them off the edge, you will have to jump onto a fifth small rectangular platform that is moving left and right in order to jump onto the next platform, then choose to the left or right path; regardless of which one you choose, you will have to deal with several more Nazo No Uchi bursting out of Boxes and Naniwa walking towards you. The Boxes that do not burst open automatically will leave Red Crystals behind - and if you chose that left path, you'll have the chance to jump onto a sixth small rectangular platform that's moving left and right in order to jump onto a third static square platform with a thirty-sixth Box on it. Once you've blown a bubble at it to break it open, it will leave a Mini Watch behind; once you have collected it, and got back onto that main platform, you will come to a thirty-seventh Box. Once you have blown a bubble at it, to break it open, it will leave a Green Crystal behind - and once you've collected this, you'll have to deal with ten more Nazo No Uchi bursting out of ten more Boxes, as nine more Bacura come tumbling towards you and eight more Naniwa come walking towards you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to kill them, you will come to four Roll Halls that are built into the platform; once you've blown a bubble at each of them to destroy them, eight more Nazo No Uchi will burst out of eight more Boxes and come bouncing towards you. Once you have blown a bubble at each of these, to knock them off the edge, you have to jump onto one of two more small rectangular platforms moving left and right, in order to jump onto a fourth static square platform with a final Blue Naniwa walking around on it - and once you have blown a bubble at him to knock him off the edge, you will have to jump onto one of two more small rectangular platforms moving left and right, in order to reach another long platform with two sticks of five blue-and-white marbles spinning in an anticlockwise direction on its left side, and one stick of five green-and-red marbles spinning in an anticlockwise direction on its right side (which you have to jump over every time they make a full revolution of the platform). Once you've made it past them, you will come two final Boxes at the end of the platform; the fifty-sixth one will automatically burst open as a final Nazo No Uchi comes bouncing towards you. Once you've blown a bubble at him to knock him off the edge, you'll have to blow a bubble at the fifty-seventh one to break it open - and once you have done so, it will leave a final Red Crystal behind. Once you have collected it you will have to jump onto a small chequered platform moving back and forth in order to be carried over to the sixth boss platform; once you have jumped onto the sixth boss platform, the "boss" theme will start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for a sixth time, as you're drawn into a battle with Big Tortoise: as his name implies, he is a giant, Mexican, sub-aquatic reptile who attacks by jumping randomly around the platform and firing a lot of marbles at Alice. As the only boss who possesses the ability to jump, he cannot be hit while airborne - meaning that your only chance to attack him is after he lands. Once you have blown enough bubbles at him, the "stage clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for the sixth time as he explodes and leaves a portal to that next world which Alice will promptly walk over to and jump into; you'll then receive 10 bonus points for every tenth of a second you have remaining.
