The boss of Joō no Kuni is Yami No Jooda, a queen who moves from left to right at the top of the platform and opens her cloak to fire lasers at the ground (and create groups of Spades); her point value is 100000.

For those of you who have not noticed, this world is a palette-swap of the first one; so once Alice has dropped onto the platform, and the world's theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, start walking forward by pushing the joystick into the "north-east" position one last time as fourteen Slimes (two Blue, seven Green, and seven Red) start oozing towards you. Once you have blown a bubble at all of them to knock them over the edge of the platform, an Imo will come hovering towards you - and once you've blown a bubble at its head to make it disintegrate, you'll come to a Tombow that is flying around in a circle on the left side of the platform. Once you have blown a bubble at it to kill it, you will come to two groups of six Skulls that are spitting marbles at you from their positions on both sides of the platform; once you have blown a bubble at all of these, to knock them off the edge, you will come to four more Tombows, that are flying around in circles on both sides of the platform. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to kill them, you'll come to three Boxes in the centre of the platform - and once you've blown a bubble at each of them to break them open they'll leave three Red Crystals behind. Once you have collected them all, you will come to a third group of Skulls spitting marbles at you and six Bombs that are bouncing in place on the left side of the platform; once you have blown a bubble at all of them (to either knock them off the edge or make them explode), three Ohm will come crawling towards you. Once you've blown enough bubbles at each of these to make them disintegrate, you will come to a group of Tamagocchi that are walking around randomly on the right side of the platform - and once you blown a bubble at each of them to knock them over the edge, you will see that the platform has narrowed as you come to a seventh Bomb that is bouncing in place and has two more Boxes on either side of it. Once you have blown a bubble at the Bomb to make it explode two Nazo No Uchi will burst out of the Boxes; once you have blown a bubble at both of them to knock them off the edge, you will come to eight more pairs of Skulls that are spitting marbles at you from their positions on the platform, along with two more Tombows that flying around in circles on both sides of it. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge (or just kill them), you will see that the platform has widened again, as four Naniwa (two Red and two Blue) come walking down it towards you - and once you have blown a bubble at each of these to knock them over the edge, three more Nazo No Uchi will burst out of three more Boxes on the left side of the platform. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge, five Spades will come walking towards you; once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge three more Nazo No Uchi will burst out of three more Boxes on the right side of the platform. Once you've blown a bubble at each of them to knock over the edge, several more Naniwa and Spades will come walking down the platform towards you - and once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge you will come to four more Tombows flying around in circles on both sides of the platform. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them, to kill them, four more Nazo No Uchi will burst out of four more Boxes on the left side of the platform; once you've blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge, you'll see that the platform has narrowed again, as you come to a group of four more Skulls that are spitting marbles at you. Once you have blown a bubble at all of them to knock them over the edge, two more Nazo No Uchi will burst out of two more Boxes - and once you have blown a bubble at both of them to knock them off the edge, you will come to five more Spades and four more Naniwa (two Red and two Blue) that are walking randomly around the platform. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge, four more Nazo No Uchi will burst out of four more Boxes; once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge four more Spades and two more Naniwa (one Red and one Blue) will come walking down the platform towards you. Once you've blown a bubble at all of these, to knock them off the edge, you'll come to two more pairs of Skulls that are spitting marbles at you - and once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge, four more Nazo No Uchi will burst out of four more Boxes. Once you have blown a bubble at each of them to knock them off the edge, you will come to a small chequered platform that is moving back and forth; once you have jumped onto it, you will be carried over to the ninth boss platform. Once you've jumped onto the boss platform, the "final boss" theme will start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, as you are drawn into a battle with Yami No Jooda (this game's equivalent of the Queen of Hearts): she attacks by moving from left to right at the top of the platform in a manner similar to that of Reidokku while occasionally opening her cloak to fire a laser beam at the ground which generates a small group of Spades on impact. Once you have blown enough bubbles at her while her cloak is open to defeat her, that "stage clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 one last time as she explodes (although any Spades that were on the platform will remain) and leaves a portal back to the real world behind which Alice will promptly jump into - and you'll now receive 50000 bonus points for every life you still have, then 10 bonus points for every tenth of a second you have remaining. The ending theme will then start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 as Alice wakes up in the morning and the mirror opposite her bed fades out for a second time; once it has faded back in again, it is inscribed "Thank you Alice". A levitating icing bag will then write that text of "Thank you!" on a cake:

After the credits are finished, the game will go into high-score mode, as the "high-score" theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151; your score will most likely be the highest on the cabinet to date, so you should enter your initials at the top of the table with pride. Once you have done so, the game will go back into attract mode - and as with The Tower of Druaga, the number displayed under "ARE" (which indicates the round you reached) will be "0".
