The wardogs, lead by Ramirez, have captured Cash, stripped him of weapons, and now want to hunt down Cash for their own fun.

Outside the apartment[edit]

You will first need a weapon. There is a piano wire to your right. Next, find a point where you can safely pick off the wardogs one by one - a good point is in the building across from the level's entrance, and near the abandoned store. Strike the wall or throw a lure in this area, and execute one of the enemies once they're isolated.

The second wave will exit from the apartment. Execute them in the same way, but be sure to collect their shotgun as it is needed for the rest of the level.

Enter the apartment - there is one enemy around the corner, requiring you to peek and shoot. A save point appears on the staircase leading to the second floor.

To the observation room[edit]

The apartment is a simple spiral - the up stairs being completely on one side.

On the second floor, there are two enemies on the street-side of the floor. One exits from the side room, and the other charges around the corner. One wardog waits at the staircase, firing from the floor above,

On the third floor, there is only one enemy approaching from down the corridor.

On the fourth floor, two enemies walk down the corridor.

When you enter the fifth floor and pass the camera, Ramirez will exit from the hiding spot behind you, and run down the stairs. You may proceed to the observation room for a weapon, but it's easier to use the shotgun. Enemies have reappeared on the lower floors, and will try to slow you down.

You will need to kill Ramirez, preferably before the time limit. Once the timer finishes, extra Wardogs will arrive to make the level more difficult. Ramirez may only be killed by a firearm, and is immune to executions from other weapons.

When you kill Ramierz, head to the exit gate. It is to the left of the starting area, and reaching it starts a cutscene where you meet with a journalist.
