Cerberus Network[edit]
Cerberus Network is a digital distribution service for Mass Effect 2. News, updates, and downloadable content (DLC) packs are made available through the service. New copies of the game include a single-use activation code to provide access to the Cerberus Network; all that's needed is an internet connection and an EA.com account. For copies without a code, Cerberus Network activation is available for 1200 Microsoft/BioWare points ($15 USD). After Cerberus Network has been activated, all content released through the network is available at no additional charge (other DLC may still have a separate price tag). See below for Cerberus Network content.
