Medal of Honor: Allied Assault - Spearhead is the first of two expansion packs released for the 2002 first-person shooter Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, set during World War II.
In the single player game, U.S. Sgt Jack Barnes of the 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, must complete a tour of duty in the European Theater of Operations during World War II, first parachuting behind the German Atlantic Wall in Normandy, France on D-Day, June 6, 1944, then surviving the winter in Bastogne, in the Ardennes Forest of Belgium, before taking the road to Berlin in Germany itself.
