Boss: Bomb Man[edit]
Stun weapons: Mega Buster (charged), Rolling Cutter, Proto Strike
Bomb Man fights pretty much like in the first game. He hops around the room throwing his Hyper Bombs at you. On Easy and Normal, after Bomb Man got stunned by his weakness, charge shot or Proto Strike, he'll drop the bomb he was holding which will explode. This is dangerous when playing as Mega (Rock) or Roll because they only have melee attacks. After his health drops below half on Normal (anytime on Hard), Bomb Man will use his special attack when he throws a giant bomb at you. The way he will throw it depends on his quote.
- When Bomb Man says "That's a bit harsh" ("Back at ya" in the boss refights), he will throw the bomb directly at you.
- When Bomb Man says "I'll show you!" ("Ha! Boom!" in the boss refights), he will throw the bomb in front of him that will bounce a couple of times before exploding.
Bomb Man's weakness is Rolling Cutter and it can also cut his Hyper Bombs (even the giant one). However, when Rolling Cutter flies in front of him, Bomb Man will be thrown backwards. Watch out for this, because he'll be knocked back right on you and you'll take damage.
Guts Man: Just try to create and pick up the Guts Blocks in the right time. In hard mode, do it when he wants to do his special attack and after the attack is over, throw it to him.
Ice Man: Ice Man is weak to Bomb Man's Hyper Bomb, so get ready for a very tough battle. It's a better idea to fight him on Hard. When he throws 2 bombs, simply jump at the right time and you'll be fine. Also get ready for his critical attack. He may throw a bomb directly at you (after saying "That's a bit harsh") or throw a bomb that will bounce a couple of times before exploding (saying "I'll show you!").
Oil Man: Oil Slider is a bad idea. Just be patient and use oil drops to hit him.
