Select controller:Documents have been discovered for a top-secret weapon in one of the enemy outposts. The documents appear to be scattered and the enemy is searching for them. Secure the documents for MSF before the enemy does.
- Locate and secure the enemy documents.
Mission Prep[edit]
Bring one of your low-ranking Combat Unit soldiers so that they can get the maximum benefit for participating in a mission. There are no enemies worth extracting, so you won't need the ★2 Fulton Recovery System. To maximize your Camo Index, you could go without a weapon entirely. Otherwise, bring the ★2 Mk.22 for emergencies. You have yet to find a camouflage uniform that gives you the best concealment in this environment, so just stick to Jungle Fatigues or Tiger Stripe.
Bananal Fruta de Oro: Sorting Shed[edit]
- 1. Observe Soldier A
Stay low and move to the west side of the southwest banana-washing tub. Observe Soldier A on the other side, who is likely facing you. Watch him turn around and move east. Once he sets foot on the trail (which may be difficult to see), get off the tub and move to point 2.
- 2. Secure Document α; Cross the Weighing Area
Grab the document and turn northwest. Make sure you won't run into hearing range of Soldier A or visual range of Soldier B as you move past the scales. Once you reach the east wall, stay close, and immediately turn into the alcove where the second document will be found.
- 3. Secure Document β
Quickly secure the document at the eastmost wall, and then immediately turn around and watch Soldier B's line of sight. In the nearby shed to the north, you'll find the Squares uniform. Make sure Soldier B is facing southwest before crossing to point 4.
- 4. Cross the Weighing Area Again; Observe Soldier D.
Move to the stack of boxes and watch Soldier D's head, making sure it isn't facing you. If you've secured the Squares uniform, Soldier D will have turned west and begun moving to the corridor. Move to the southwest corner of the nearby tub and turn to face the south.

to distract Soldier D and have him move in that direction. Once he does, move to point 5. Wait for Soldier C to turn around before going after the Document γ. Once you have it, quickly move past the distracted Soldier D into the next area, where you can run and grab the documents and complete the mission without having to worry about Soldier D.
- 5. Secure Document γ.
Soldier C should be facing west. You can wait for him to turn east and move past the document, but you may run into Soldier D when you go into the next area. If your timing is right, you can quickly move south to the document and move back north while watching Soldier C. The latter is a reliable tactic if you've been following the instructions in this walkthrough. Move north past the tub into the corridor.
- 6. Stalk Through the Corridor, Observe Soldier D Again.
Once you get through the corridor, you'll be right behind Soldier D. Stalk up to point 6 and press yourself against it by holding . Once Soldier D passes you on the box, let go of and stalk east into the open area before you're clear of Soldier D. You should be able to find the other two documents easy enough and the Recovery Point will appear between them.

Completing this mission allows you to develop the ★1 RPG-2. You will need it very soon, so get it started immediately. If you secured the Squares uniform, you'll also get the Squares (naked) variant.
