Finding the Endermen[edit]
Endermen roam the Overworld at night. They are 3-block tall black bipedal creatures that only attack you if you attack them or look at them in the eyes. They can teleport (which makes them immune to projectiles) and are stronger than other mobs, but are damaged by water.
Eyes of Ender[edit]
Endermen drop Ender pearls. You can make an Eye of Ender by combining an Ender pearl and a piece of blaze powder. The eyes of Ender can be used to find the stronghold. You should get more than 12, as 12 at max are needed to open the end portal and you may break some while looking.
