Two holes in the eye sockets of a giant skull (and a third in its opening mouth); if the ball goes into either of the first two, they will warp it back to the beginning as the skull laughs, but if it goes into the third one, you will win the game as the skull swallows it and its eye sockets light up red. You will then receive 1000 bonus points for every extra hole you have remaining - and the text "GAME OVER" will appear on the screen. The game will then go into high-score mode; your score will most likely be the highest on the cabinet to date, so you should enter your initials at the top of the table with pride. Once you have done so, the game will go back into attract mode.
