Once Scott and all his chosen opponents have reappeared on the screen, you will have to: start accelerating, then spin to the right, pick up an old beans can, spin to the left and pass between the first pair of tripods; you'll then have to pick up another old beans can (while watching out for Bouncer the dog), spin to the left and pass between the second pair of tripods. You'll then have to spin to the right, pick up an old drinks can (while watching for a wombat), spin to the left (while watching out for an open manhole) and pass between the third pair of tripods - and you will now have to spin to the left around Mrs. Mangel and Rubble Paul Robinson with his briefcase, spin to the left once again, and pass between the fourth pair of traffic cones. You will then have to spin round, spin to the left (while watching for Helen Daniels with her palette), spin to the left, pick up a third old beans can (while again watching out for Bouncer the dog), spin to the right twice, and pass between the fifth pair of tripods; you will then have to spin to the left, spin to the right (while watching out for another wombat), spin to the right again (while again watching for Rubble Paul Robinson with his briefcase and Mrs. Mangel), and pass between the sixth pair of tripods. You'll then have to spin to the left, pick up another old drinks can (while watching out for Joe Mangel's van), spin to the left, pick up a piece of paper, spin to the right, and pass between the seventh pair of tripods - and you will then have to spin to the right (while again watching out for Helen Daniels, with her palette), spin to the left, pick up a third old drinks can (while, once again, watching out for Bouncer the dog), spin to the right, pick up another piece of paper (while once again watching for Rubble Paul Robinson with his briefcase and Mrs. Mangel), and pass between the eighth pair of tripods. You'll then have to spin to the right, pick up a fourth old drinks can (while watching out for Harold Bishop jogging), spin to the right twice, spin to the left, pick up two more drinks cans and a third piece of paper, and pass between the ninth pair of tripods (while yet again watching for Rubble Paul Robinson with his briefcase); you will now have to spin to the left (while yet again watching out for Helen Daniels with her palette), spin to the right and pass between the tenth pair of tripods. You will then have to pick up a sixth old drinks can, spin to the right, pick up a seventh old drinks can (while yet again watching out for Mrs. Mangel), spin to the right again, spin to the left, and pass between the eleventh pair of tripods (while yet again watching out for Bouncer the dog) - and you will then have to spin to the left, pick up an eighth old drinks can, spin to the right, and pass between the twelfth pair of tripods. You will then have to spin to the right, pick up a ninth old drinks can, spin to the right twice more (while watching out for two emus) and pass between the thirteenth pair of tripods; you shall then have to spin to the right (while again watching out for Harold Bishop jogging) around another open manhole, spin to the left, pick up a tenth old drink can, and pass between the fourteenth pair of tripods. You will now have to pick up a fourth old beans can, and complete a full lap of the track - and once you have completed a second lap of the track, those three televisions on that left side of the screen (which, yet again, display the Grundy Television diamond, as opposed to BBC1's then-new "virtual globe") shall display the images of Scott and two of his selected opponents (based on their positions). You will now receive a bonus (based on Scott's popularity meter); the eighth race yet again involves going around the track in the other direction. After finishing the eighth (and final) race the text "CONGRATULATIONS. YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE EASY/HARD GAME." will appear on the screen, determined by how many opponents and special obstacles you've selected at the start; the game will then go into high-score mode. Your score will most likely be the highest on the cassette (or disk in the case of the Amiga version) so you should enter your name at the top of the table with pride (it is retained until the console is turned off) - and once you do so, the game shall return to the title screen.
